No pressure up front pricing. Detailing of cars!! Selection of cars on lot- I drove an Audi A4. That looked like a cat ate the inside of it! Total trn off! Joe the sales manager was great. more

Best Car Buying Experience I Have Had 3/12/2012

I live in Atlanta and found a scarce low-mileage Mercedes E350 at the Raleigh dealership. After checking the Carfax provided by the sales associate, Bruce Strickland, and getting his opinion on the condition of the car, I hesitantly put a refundable deposit on the vehicle and flew to Raleigh for delivery. The price was very close to the Edmunds True Market Value retail and one or two thousand less than other dealers I had shopped with. The reviews from other customers on the web were very positive so I took a chance. It paid off. The car was even better than described. Bruce was a pro and a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend Bruce and Auction Direct USA. more

The prices were great! The sales people were very friendly!! Bill, Steve, and Tim were very helpful! I was able to get the car I wanted for a great price compared to other dealers. One thing I felt that you may improve on is the finance section! I felt like I spent too much time waiting for the paperwork to be prepared. more
