Lvoe the Fusion 3/29/2011

I bought a two year old ford fusion and I love the car. I got a very good deal, my sales person was very knowledgeable and he even introduced me to the service manager. the service manager took the time to explain their hours and proceedures. I will go there for all of my maintenance services and they even offer detailing for a reasonable price. It does not make sense to me to purchase a new car when I can get a two year old car with only 20,000 miles on it and it looks like new. I saved litterally thousands of dollars off the new car price and my neighbors all think i bought a new car. Thanks auction direct. (raleigh NC) more

They were straight forward. Alex was a great salesman, very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with not a 'typical used car salesman.' I must add that the facility was very clean and orderly. I would most definitely recommend Auction Direct USA and purchase again from them! more

The best decision I had made 1/14/2011

Been shopping for a vehicle for a week. I've had both good, bad, and ok experiences with the 3 car places I went to before I stopped at Auction Direct.What I noticed most that stands out to me is my sales person. He took his time with me when I drove three different vehicles. Decisions like this never came easy for me. So when I found a place like Auction Direct patiently help me find the right vehicle for my family and I, it should be recognized. I bought a Buick Rendezvous with a third row that I love. more

They kept their word and im VERy pleased 1/5/2011

I bought a Honda Accord in the beginning of May. When I purchased the vehicle my sales person and I noticed that I did not have a manual or a keyless entry. He and the manager both assured me that they would order these items and have our parts dept call when they come in. The very next day, I received a call from Tom in the parts dept telling me the order has been placed and when to expect a follow up call to program vehicle to my keyless entry. My only complaint is that I would of liked to have a manual and keyless entry at time of when I bought my Accord but I thought Auction Direct handled my issue in a very professional manor. I now have items that was promised. more
