I bought a Honda Accord in the beginning of May. When I purchased the vehicle my sales person and I noticed that I did not have a manual or a keyless entry. He and the manager both assured me that they would order these items and have our parts dept call when they come in.
The very next day, I received a call from Tom in the parts dept telling me the order has been placed and when to expect a follow up call to program vehicle to my keyless entry. My only complaint is that I would of liked to have a manual and keyless entry at time of when I bought my Accord but I thought Auction Direct handled my issue in a very professional manor. I now have items that was promised.
