When I came to Auburn Volkswagen it was a breath of fresh air. The service department listened to my concerns and met my needs. Because of that I bought my second Jetta TDI. more

lack of technicians on weekend 8/15/2013

inconvenient to wait til after the weekend for car to be diagnosed. only 2 techs work on saturdays, which makes it difficult for car to be serviced. otherwise, service was good. more

Every person that I have met at Auburn Volkswagens service department has had a smile on his or her face. They appear to like each other and their job. That positive attitude shows when they deal with the public. I have never heard one person in the waiting room grouse about them or the service and I look forward to seeing them when I come in for service. keep it up folks. more

I purchased a car about a year ago from Auburn Volkswagon. After a terrible experience at Larson of Tacoma, I headed out to Auburn. That's where I met Albert. Albert was a big guy like me, so he knew right where to start with my car buying experience. It has been a whole year. I came back for service and found Albert there waiting for me. He told me he could find me another car, similar to the one I purchased, but brand-new. I told him I couldn't afford any changes to my payment, but Albert said that he would look into it. Sure enough after only 30 minutes he found me a new car with a payment that's almost exactly the same. In one year I managed to drive over 20,000 miles. With the car Albert found for me, I get to start my warranty all over again. Thanks Albert! more
