I would recommend you to buy a vehicle from this dealership.

The most I have ever paid for a simple oil change. Also had to wait 90 miniutes.

Deal or No Deal 7/25/2013

We went in and liked the sales duo who helped us find our vehicle. They were fun, honest and didn't push which was really nice and made us want to buy there even more. I wish I could say tue same for the manager and finance guy. The manager was pompus and the finance guy was rude, talked down to us and talked to us like we were stupud because we didn't want every packgage he was trying to sell us. At that point I just wanted to walk out, but we got our vehicle and are happy. I would recommend financing through a place you feel good with and secure so you don't have to deal with the finance guty on staff here. That's the only way I would recommend going here. Honest sales guys, but don't deal with anyone else. more

Pavel. He uses 21st century technogy to make it easy to communicate 6/30/2013

I bought my truck at Auburn, because they were willing to interact with me using 21st century technology. They are the only dealer out of 6 that were able to see the configuration truck I created on the Chevy website. Pavel was willing to us the truck we wanted, and ensure the truck had the options we wanted. Mitch the manager was excellent too. I enjoyed not having to deal with vulture like sales persons who use their mouth and not their ears. Pavewl and Mitch listen, and get you what you want. more

I had such a great experience from the time I walked on the lot to the time I drove away in my new car. Great people who were so friendly and knowledgeable. I will refer others and will most definitely be back for our next car!! more

Jeff was excellent front man,but one of my concerns w/my brand new car is my drivers seat sounds like a broke down rocking chair..not acceptable!! Still waitng for parts that was to be on car at delivery! (7 mo ago) defiantly not acceptable! NO FOLLOW UP..not going to wait much longer. more

Warmly greeted, and listened to. 6/25/2013

I didn't feel attcked when I walked in. All employees very supportive. Andrew & Doug really listened to my needs. I wasn't planning on buying a new car, but I really love it . The entire buying experience from start to finish was no stress. I have experienced that in the past & this was very different in a very good way. It took me a while to respond to the survey because I have been busy driving my new Tahoe. Allready did a road trip east of the mountains, and promoted my car & Andrew @ Auburn Chevy to my fellow campers. I am a very happy customer!!! Thank you so much!!! more
