The most I have ever paid for a simple oil change. Also had to wait 90 miniutes.

I prefer to call to make an appointment instead of on-line, which I'll do next time. I like talking to a person. Aub. Chev needs to strive for excellence then I would recommend the business to a friend. I have had some bad experiences in the past but it is improving. more

Typical Service 9/4/2013

My car has been in 3 times for the same problem. Kindly they continue to fix it but obviously just doing minimally what is required by the book. As long as they are willing to keep fixing it I will continue to take it back. Sadly it would be nice if they could give a little wash while it was there especially since we are long time Auburn Chevy customers. They don't seem to go above and beyond. more

Customer Service 8/29/2013

I spent three and a half hours having a recall fixed on my vehicle and cylinder lock replaced. I was constantly being updated on the status of my vehicle and the possible cost. I was never pushed to the side and forgotten about. Thank you to the wonderful staff. more
