Atlas Flooring in Las Vegas, NV

I had this company put in laminate flooring in my living area around 2 1/2 yrs ago.. Within the first year it began to peel and warp. I contacted them almost a year ago to fix this issue. Now we're into July the floor still isn't corrected. First you call, they're going to come out and look. You schedule a time with the manager, K-Von, no show, no call. Finally he comes and says moisture, NOT, I take care of the floor the way I was instructed to. Then it becomes an independent eval, doesn't happen, doesn't happen. I contacted Mohawk and a gentleman came out for an inspection. I waited for the results and waited, finally was told by Leda of Atlas that they didn't have the results and I'm not entitled to the results. Now I'm scheduled for have ""it fixed"" in a couple of weeks, but they won't tell me what they are fixing. The original ""fix"" was to put ""shoe"" moulding around the floor because some of it doesn't even go under the moulding they installed and I paid for. That will not solve the problem of the actual floor. When I talk to K-Von I got cussed at, called a liar, and told I needed a new house, etc, how stupid. more

Atlas Flooring did a complete redesign/renovation of our 2 bedroom apartment (approach 1,000 sq-ft). Amazing attention to detail and incredibly responsive. Aside for a couple of minor hiccups (all projects of this scale 'll have 'em), they far exceeded all of our expectations and would immediately turn to them if we were to have any additional renovation needs. These guys are full service -- from creating the design/blueprints to following through in making it exactly as it was planned. The workers and supervisor of the company were very nice and tried to be very courteous about noise and dust since they had to be here while we were working.
