Okay, first off dental implants are supposed to be expensive. That's what my general dentist told me. However, I was definitely not going to walk around with a denture set in my mouth, so I set out to find dental implants that met my budget. I found Atlantic Dental, and not only are their dental implant prices really affordable, their staff team is great! Dr. Paz walked me through the entire procedure from start to finish, and made sure that I was okay with what was going on and answered any questions I still had. I just received my first dental implant ever and was very satisfied with Atlantic Dental Group's work. Their office was very clean and modern which is not what I'm used to! I've been to a lot of dentists and their facilities have been very ugly and unwelcoming. Atlantic Dental gave me top notch dental work at an affordable price. Thank you, guys! more

Dr Paz is amazing! I have had work done and he is very honest, gentle and excellent quality of work. He is a wonderful dentist who I would refer all my friends to. Sometimes it gets busy and you have to wait, but recently Dr Paz changed management and the office is a much better place. He pulled out my sister's wisdom teeth so fast and painlessly we thought he had not even started, yet we were done. Dr Paz truly has a God given gift. By far the WORST dentist office I've ever worked with. I walked in and went up to the desk and the lady wouldn't acknowledge me until she was done texting and could tuck her phone safely back into her bra. This is the first time I've ever deviated from the dentist I've had since I was a kid and the only reason I did so was because they were so cheap. I had an appointment for a checkup and it took about an hour of waiting to be seen. I thought Ok, they must be busier than they thought, no big deal. I was seen for pictures, then told to wait for another 20 minutes for x-rays. I was then sent to a room for the checkup that I had schedule. Finally, I thought but all the dentist (who apparently was having a bad day) did was lay me down, poke my teeth extremely hard and tell me that I had 5 cavities. I was told to reschedule for a cleaning and filling the cavities. Then, after being told by previous dentists that I didn't need to have wisdom teeth pulled, I was told that I needed to have my wisdom teeth pulled., and that I would need braces (I just got my braces off 3 years ago). They tried to up-sell me on the type of fillings I should buy ($500 more out of my pocket) and when I said no they treated me like I was an idiot for disagreeing with them. I rescheduled an appointment for the cleaning that I was supposed to have done that day, and the fillings I needed. I went back a month later for my appointment, they BARELY cleaned my teeth (I do a better job cleaning my teeth when I brush and floss), and said that they had used the fillings they ordered for me on another patient. Then asked that I reschedule AGAIN for the fillings, and AGAIN tried to up-sell me on the type of fillings. I switched back to my old dentist who found only 2 cavities, and again told me that my wisdom teeth were fine. I will NEVER EVER go back, nor will I ever recommend this office to anyone else. They're only in it for the money. They rope you in by offering cheap rates at first, then they try to squeeze as much money out of you as possible more

I took my whole family there after I read several positive reviews. They said my wife needed $5000 in dental work and that my insurance covered it. So they began the work. On the second visit they said that it was over $1100 our cost. I was upset but was assured that this was amount that the insurance says is our part. So I agreed to payments. After all the work was completed and I received all the insurance EOB's it showed that I had a much lower out of pocket. At this point after adding up all I had paid so far to what my insurance says it should be I had over paid by nearly $150, and still had 2 payments remaining. After confirming this with my insurance I called the office and was given every excuse in the book from "you signed a payment agreement" to "we don't bill your insurance for everything, we bill the patient for that" to "Your insurance is wrong" after a weeks worth of calls and hours on the phone I finally got a check for the overpayment. They very well knew when they received payment from the insurance what was my portion never did they make an adjustment or call the insurance to see why they were "so wrong". Nothing but thieves and not to be trusted. Beware!!! more

I have been visiting this dentist office for a few years. They are always so nice and professional and make me so comfortable when I'm in the office. A great dentists in Whittier. more

I have been going to Atlantic Dental Group for a long time now. They are alwasy so good and nice. Their work is top notch and I never even hear complaints from others. more
