Best place for Pets 10/27/2007

You can leave your pets with confidence. My wife and I are very happy we found them. The Pet Hotel was everything they advertise and more. Their services are very personlized. You can tell they love animals, and all the dogs we saw seem to love them as well. They are a sure bet. Pros: It's a happy, clean, safe and loving home away from home for your pets. Cons: Reservsations for weekends and holidays are difficult to get so book early to avoid disappointment more

Thank you CitiSearch and the Hilton Hotel for recommending The Atlantic City Pet Hotel and Grooming. My wife recently died and my Cocker Spaniel is my life. I give her lots of love to try to make up for her sadness since her mommy never came home again. I was very nervous because she does not get along with other dogs since 2 big dogs attacked her as a puppy. The Pet Hotel eased my worries, told me what shots Shana needed, what I should bring to make her feel as comfortable as if she were home, and told me they would call my Hotel to give me updates on Shana. They let me drop her off at midnight and pick her up at 2;00am. They gave her lots of attention, walked her individually several times a day and even ran her, since she has so much energy. They taught her to do tricks and even got her to play with other Cocker Spaniels (with my written approval.) They brought her upstairs and let her sit on the couch and watch doggy movies. They even told me where I can take her to a Dog Beach near their pet Hotel. Shana loved her stay. When I brought her back, she tried to jump out of the car when we approached their street, started barking happily and waging her little, tail as I parked the car. When I opened the car door she ran out, scatching on the door of the Pet Hotel to get in, and once she entered, ran around and kissed and jumped happily on each employee she saw. I was actually feeling sad that she loved it there so much, since before I brough her there she would not move from my feet. I am glad for her that she found a 2nd home with people she loves and dogs she loves to play with. She barked and jumped on one of the owners until they sat in a chair and let Shana sit in their lap. IT RAVED ABOUT THE 24 HOUR PET HOTEL AND DEDICATED LOTS OF SPACE DETAILING THEIR FABULOUS CARING OPERATION, HOW SPOTLESS IT WAS AND HOW THE DOGS WERE PLAYED WITH AROUND THE CLOCK. THE FOLLOWING WEEK I SAW THE ATLANTIC CITY PRESS READERS CHOICE AWARDS AND READ THAT THE 24 HOUR PET HOTEL WON FOR BEST PET HOTEL AND GROOMING IN SOUTH JERSEY. WHEN I CALLED THE RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY PLEASANT, INFORMATIVE AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. I WAS AFRAID THAT MY DOG WOULD FREAK OUT IF I LEFT HER THERE FOR 5 DAYS. WELL!!!!!! SHE DID NOT WANT TO GO IN AND CRIED AS I TRIED TO LEAVE. I WAS SO WORRIED THAT I CALLED THE PET HOTEL EVERY FEW HOURS TO SEE HOW SHE WAS AND THEY WERE UNDERSTANDING AND REASSURING. EACH DOG IS WALKED INDIVIDUALLY, FED INDIVIDUALLY, AND PLAYED WITH INDIVIDUALLY. THEY ARE VERY CLEAN AND IN A VERY SAFE AREA. THE DOGS SLEEP IN LARGE GATED SLEEP AREAS WITH LOTS OF ROOM TO RUN AROUND. SPANKY HAD SO MUCH ATTENTION AND PLAY TIME THAT HE DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THE AC PET HOTEL TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GREAT PLACE TO BRING THEIR PET WHETHER THEY ARE VISITING THE SHORE, GOING ON VACATION, LOOKING FOR GREAT PET DAY CARE OR GROOMING. I CANNOT EXPLAIN HOW HAPPY I AM THAT I FOUND THE ATLANTIC CITY PET HOTEL. MY POODLE HAS NEVER BEEN HAPPY AT ANY KENNEL. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME SHE CAME HOME HAPPY. SHE LOOKED GREAT WHEN I PICKED HER UP. I WAS SO NERVOUS ABOUT LEAVING HER, THAT I SENT 2 DIFFERENT FRIENDS THERE TO CHECK ON HER. ONE FRIEND REPORTED THAT WHEN SHE GOT THERE, MY POODLE WAS UP FRONT IN THE OWNERS LAP BEING CUDDLED, LOVED, BEING BRUSHED AND GIVING LOTS OF KISSES TO THE OWNER. MY OTHER FRIEND TOLD ME THAT WHEN SHE ARRIVED THEY WERE PLAYING BALL WITH MY POODLE AND GIVING HER LOTS OF INDIVIDUAL PLAY TIME. I WAS AMAZED!! EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE WERE FULL, THEY GAVE EACH PET AN INCREDIBLE AMOUNT OF INDIVIDUALIZED ATTENTION. \r I CHECKED THEM OUT BEFORE I BROUGHT MY PET TO THE AC PET HOTEL. I FOUND IT EXTREMELY CLEAN, A VERY WARM. LOVING ENVIRONMENT, A HAPPY, SMILING AND CARING STAFF. I KNEW THIS WAS THE RIGHT PLACE FOR MY POODLE (WHO IS THE LOVE OF MY LIFE) AFTER MEETING LOTS OF REPEAT AND REGULAR CLIENTS WHO ALL HAD ONLY THE BEST THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THE ATLANTIC CITY PET HOTEL AND GROOMING. I MET CUSTOMERS WHO HAD TRAVELED FROM ALL OVER THE U.S.. THERE WERE LOCALS FROM AC, VENTNOR, MARGATE, AND BRIGINTINE THAT WERE REGULARS FOR BOARDING, DOGGY DAYCARE AND GROOMING. I FELT VERY CONFIDENT AFTER SPEAKING WITH THEM AND KNEW THIS WAS THE PERFECT HOTEL FOR MY POODLE WHEN I TRAVEL.\r THEY ALSO HAVE ADORABLE SWEATERS, COATS, DOGGY CLOTHES AND PET CARRIERS. MY POODLE JUST GOT HER FIRST DOGGY BIKINI WITH A MATHCHING SUN VISOR, LEASH AND COLLAR, THERE. \r I ALWAYS WALK MY DOG IN THE EVENING BECAUSE I LIKE TO SLEEP LATE. IT WAS VERY COMFORTING TO FIND THAT BRANDY WOULD BE ABLE TO GET A LATE EVENING WALK AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. WHEN I CALLED TO CHECK ON POODLE, THE STAFF WELCOMED MY CALL AND GAVE ME A FULL REPORT. \r I RECOMMEND THE ATLANTIC CITY PET HOTEL AND GROOMING TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS, NEIGHBORS, AND CLIENTS. They received us with a welcoming smile and open arms. They treated Lexi as if she were their own. They played with her, pampered her and made her feel special. They even called me to let me know how she was doing. I asked them to groom Lexi before I picked her up. They made her look like a show dog with adorable bows and ribbons in her hair. When I picked her up, she did not want to leave. She had so much fun and was well taken care of. Whenever I travel, I will always use The Atlantic City Pet Hotel and tell all my friends as well!!!!! more
