Happily surprised and very satisified 1/15/2011

I was not to hopeful for a positive outcome taking my almost 20yr jallopy to a new mechanic's shop. But NOW I have a place I can trust to take any car and to recommend to others. The staff as professional but friendly and nieghborly. My car is running better than she has in a long time-THANK YOU. I feel that the work completed was priced fairly and better than I expected. The response to complete the repairs was exceptional for the work completed. Great Job! more

This is the first visit to Atlantic Car Care and I am very satisfied with their service to my vehicle and their customer service throughout the process. They were nice enough to lend me a car so that I was not without while the maintenance was completed more

On Top of Service 11/15/2010

Mike knows a hell of a lot about cars and knows my car in particular because he keeps all the service records and knows when things are due. As soon as I pull up he can tell me that my cabin filter is probably dirty because it is due for a change. I tell him he's welcome to go look and while i'm standing there he reaches behind the glovebox to place that I didn't know existed and pulls out the filter which was in in fact visibly dirty and nasty. I asked him if he could take care of that and he said "yea of course - I keep all sorts of filter's in stock" Now I have clean air to breathe as I go down the road and I love having a mechanic that I actually trust. Thanks Mike! more

100K Mile Maintenance 10/21/2010

I had all of the recommended maintenance for 100K miles on my Toyota Tundra. I was in and out in one day. I liked Mike's discussion about my options after the 94 point inspection. Work included a timing belt and water pump. The inspection also revealed work I did not need to do (rear brakes, tranny service). I needed a new battery and the guys called and got a warranty replacement for free. Good job. more

Efficient but not friendly 9/16/2010

Price seemed high, but then everything seems expensive these days. Receptionist was not friendly and kept us waiting until she had her previous paperwork all wrapped up. Would have seemed more friendly if she explained she would be right with us, or maybe offered a water or something. Left us just standing around. more

This was the best experience I've EVER had at getting maintenance done on my vehicle! The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that you're car is in the best condition possible when you leave there. We are so disappointed that we're moving out of the area in a year, because we want Atlantic Car Care to come with us! more

My visit to Atlantic Car Care was so unstressful! I called up and let them know that my car broke down and I was on the side of the road. They called a tow truck for me and then came out to where I was and picked me up. Right there and then I knew I was in good hands. The team at Atlantic car care made feel like I was a part of there family They went over and about any service place ive ever been too. Ive already told all of my friends and family about them I will forever be thankful for there help more

As I always expect from a great service facility, Mike Moore at Atlantic Car Care returned my vehicle to me as a "new car". I know I'm dealing with a great facility when I get that "new car" feeling after getting my vehicles serviced. I also got a full report of the fluids, safety, and maintenance needs of my vehicle with Mike's thorough inspection process. In a professional manner, he explains and describes everything I need to know about my car so I'm able to manage the maintenance of my vehicle. He also offered me a Free Protection Plan for the components that we serviced and explained to me how I could receive that same coverage on the other components of my vehicle which I will service next time.
