At first I found the people at Atl Auto broker to be very pleasant and helpful. I test drove a car that was nothing like what I had described wanting but decided I liked it anyway...

Absolutely the worst car buying experience I've ever had! Lost our information multiple times and called to say if we didn't send it over right away they would be repossessing the car. Wait a minute, is it my fault your unprofessional sales reps can't keep track of paperwork? Also charged my card twice for the same transaction on a Wednesday and told me they couldn't have the money back in my account until Monday while at the same time refusing to cover the overdraft fee! On top of that they told me it wouldn't have been a problem if I had better credit. Who says that to their customers? It wasn't my credit that affected the financing - it was the fact that they were trying to get rid of a 1995 Chevy Tahoe. They should have been thanking their lucky stars that they found a buyer! Worst car dealership in the state! more

DO NOT BUY FROM ATLANTA AUTO BROKERS, NO MATTER HOW ""GOOD"" THE DEAL SEEMS!!!\r .. I purchased a high end mercedes from them, they told me their mechanic did a complete overview and diagnostic of the vehicle...I drove the car 3 days in the first 35 days I owned because it was in the shop the other 32 days. they WOULD NOT support the sale of the garauntee after I bought it, they told me ""it was MY problem"" after they got the sell...it was loaded with electrical problems and cost me $1,767.00 to get it out of the shop, thats after I paid $23,000.00 for the car...THEY ARE THE WORST more

Take it to someone you trust first!!! 11/29/2011

At first I found the people at Atl Auto broker to be very pleasant and helpful. I test drove a car that was nothing like what I had described wanting but decided I liked it anyway. On the test drive I asked the salesman all the questions I could think that I should ask including ""Is there anything wrong with the car or anything I should know about this car?"" I was told ""No, it is in great condition."" So silly me I took them at their word. They gave me a good deal, even bringing it down some so that I could afford it. I drove it for 2 days and was really enjoying it but none the less I couldn't shake the thought that the sound I kept hearing just wasn't supposed to be there. Friends even kept telling me I was just being paranoid. I needed to take it to have emissions done so that we could finish up loan papers and took it to the place they recommended. Well... Pulling up the mechanic said it sounded like something was loose and i was very right that cars are not supposed to make that sound. Turned out it needed a new water pump. $400+! (Keep in mind this is 2 days off the lot) I brought the car back to the dealer who told me that they had not known about it and no they would not fix it. When I questioned if they had a mechanic on the lot who checked out their cars and was told yes, I suggested either they were ling to me or their mechanic was insufficient and they should get a new one. I was very clear that the only reason I bought this car was because I was guaranteed that it was in ""great shape"" and there was nothing that I needed to know about it. And that if they would not fix it I wanted my money back. The Guy with the very nice accent, I was told was in charge. told me that he would not refund my money that he was ""very happy with the deal that we had made."" Standing in complete shock at how I was now being treated I had resolved to leave and tell everyone how poorly I was treated. The salesman who had helped me originally told me to leave it with him and he would have their mechanics look at it to be sure that there was actually something wrong with it. This was only said after stating that they sold lemons and were crooked. Anyway the next day I was called and told that the water pump did in fact need to be replaced and that he would take care of it. When he dropped it off to me 2 days later I said how thankful I was that he stepped up and he let me know that he paid for it from his own pocket. I'm not sure but I do think that was intended to be a bit of a guilt trip. It didn't work. All it told me was that Atl Auto Brokers won't even step up when their own employees prove them wrong. So with all this said Yes I got a car that I now love and was fixed for me at no additional cost. But!!!! I would also HIGHLY recommend that should you find a car at this dealer have it checked out by someone you trust BEFORE you sign ANYTHING!!! I was foolish and did not. Don't make my mistake because it probably will not go as well. I only put a star because it would not let me leave it blank. more

Horrific Experience 12/5/2010

I purchased a car from this sweat shop of a dealership just to have them repossess the car because the payment was 2 days late. The charged me over $600 dollars to get the car back and then sold my loan to another lend and did not tell me that they had. I continued to send my payments to them via debit card they never told me that they were no longer servicing my loan. This has to be the worst car dealership in Atlanta. The finance manager has the nasty attitude he told me if I said one more word to him about the repossession he would accelerate my loan and demand payment in FULL!!! He is certainly not professional or courteous. PLEASE!!!!! Don't buy your car from here you will regret it!!! more
