They installed a unit. It looked terrible. They tracked mud threwout my house and got oil on the driveway

The technician was a little bit late but he did call and give us a heads up that he was running late. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and overall just a pleasant professional. He did a great job rewiring our thermostat and the price we paid was lower than expected. more

I was so pleased with the workers that came to install this equipment. I had no power in my home so they went and purchased a generator to work with. The job was completed before the time that was stated. I am pleased with the selection of the right equipment for my home size and the work that was done. They cleaned up very well after they finished, down to the last screws in the driveway. more

I received a call back about 20 minutes after placing a email enquiry, and was told a tech could be there in 90 mins time! awesome! they got the job and got the job done well. Recommended 5 stars more

I was looking to purchase a new heat pump. Another company I had called out for service had told me the compressor was bad. Instead of a costly fix, it probably made sense to getting a newer unit. The tech that Atlanta Air sent out, Alex, tested the unit, determined that the capacitor was burned. The unit was up and running a few minutes later. Puron level was checked. I know eventually I will need a new unit and I'll definitely call Atlanta Air Care. Thanks, Alex. more

out of the pros i talked to before having them come out, these guys were the most straightforward with me from the start. the cost of estimate was exactly what they said, $49 and it was applied to the cost of repair. although another company had told me it would cost $1700-$5000 to repair or replace my compressor, when patrick came out he was so awesome and discovered right away that the switch was turned off to the unit outside the house! also, nothing was wrong with the compressor at all. turned out he was able to fix us up and get us COOL again for less than $300! i WILL reuse this company! more

Daniel was the sales rep. Does not work on commission and therefore no push for things I did not need. Work experience from from ground, up and very knowledgeable and patient. Did my due diligence and he was happy to discuss and give an unbiased opinion. I was able to reach him by phone (several times) and he was responsive (after his initial visit). Spending this type of money for me, requires a LOT of questions/answers. Installers did their jobs as professionals and lived up to what was on paper. more

My A/C unit died. They came out immediately. The tech did his diagnostics then walked me through the problem and gave me several options. We discussed each one and I chose the one that fit my needs and budget best. He did great work and I would use them again in a heartbeat. more

Fast call back for an appointment,filled out online service request and received a phone call 30 seconds later.They assigned a time for an hour later.Alan the technician called was very prompt and had my ax running 20 minutes later. I was very happy and I would definitely recommend this company. more

I called them on a Friday afternoon (4pm) thinking I wouldn't get any one to come and look at my A/C that day, but they sent a tech out within an hour and the service charge was fair. They fixed the A/C problem and told me what my options were. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I would definitely recommend them and I would call them again. more

By far the lowest quote that I recieved on the project which often worries me but in this case the worry was not founded. They installed first class equipment which has worked well through out the summer. A minor issue on installation was followed up on with in two days in a very professional manor. more

I was late arriving home and thought for sure I'd have to reschedule for another day but after calling them they sent out the original technician scheduled, Allan, within about 20 minutes. Allan quickly assessed the repair needed, explained the cost, and went to work fixing it. He was courteous and professional and got my A/C running again. The cost was not bad and I also like that the service fee is added into the repair cost. I will recommend them to others. more

I had a new air conditioning system installed middle of April and just wanted to say how helpful Daniel and all the staff at Atlanta Air care were, very good pricing and great customer service form the office Amy was a delight . Would highly reccomend more
