Very happy with Atco 5/24/2011

I was helping my sister find a home to rent in the Bakersfield area, and stumbled upon a nice home that was listed on the website for Atco. We called, set up an appointment to see the home, and everything has been great for my sister from that point on. When we arrived to the home, the person that showed the property was nice as could be. My sister is very happy with the home, and management of Atco. more

As a tenant, Atco Property Management has been delightful to work with. They respond to my calls and requests within a fair amount of time. When they call back they are kind and seem willing to help. I have had a great experience with them and so I feel the need to tell others about it. more

Atco Property Management has been professional since I began working with them which was a couple of years ago. They always respond to my calls and or requests within a timely manner. As a homeowner, it was difficult to trust someone else to handle my investment, but I am happy that I chose Atco! more

Im pretty sure when my lease is up I will never use ATCO again! 10/26/2010

Everytime we have a problem with our house it takes 2 to 3 weeks or more to get anyone here to fix it. I mean it took ATCO over 3 weeks to have someone fix our outside light, while I was calling 2 times a week to remind them. You would think they would get tired of my calling. This house is a piece of junk and I dont know what made my husband rent it AND SIGN A ! YEAR LEASE AT THAT!!! So now we have bathroom problems and of course I called them this morning at 9:44am and its now almost noon and still no call back. Cant say Im surprised. I recamend NOT renting from ATCO- more

Wonderful staff in the office/repair service 4/2/2010

Very helpful, understanding and patient. 5/14/2009

We use ATCO Property Management because they give us excellent service. We were originally in an apartment that we did not like and ATCO helped us find another, nicer place. Kayla was a big help in finding us the new apartment. Now, we do not have to move again! ATCO also has been helpful and patient in giving us a couple days' extension on the rent payment when my husband was unemployed. They are very caring. Every time I call them about something that needs to be fixed, they fix it right away. I would definitely recommend ATCO. Go to Kayla -- she is so nice and will help you find the apartment you want. Satisfactory. Happy with service. 5/14/2009

ATCO Property Management was referred to me by a friend. I have been working with them for about 8 months now. They manage one property for me. It took a little while to find the correct person to rent the property. They ended up finding a qualified renter. Overall, I have been happy with their service and would recommend them.
