Very Happy with Atco 5/24/2011

I was helping my sister find a home to rent in the Bakersfield area, and stumbled upon a nice home that was listed on the website for Atco. We called, set up an appointment to see the home, and everything has been great for my sister from that point on. When we arrived to the home, the person that showed the property was nice as could be. My sister is very happy with the home, and management of Atco. more

As a tenant, Atco Property Management has been delightful to work with. They respond to my calls and requests within a fair amount of time. When they call back they are kind and seem willing to help. I have had a great experience with them and so I feel the need to tell others about it. more

Atco Property Management has been professional since I began working with them which was a couple of years ago. They always respond to my calls and or requests within a timely manner. As a homeowner, it was difficult to trust someone else to handle my investment, but I am happy that I chose Atco! more

ATCO is terrible 6/1/2006

I've used ATCO for several years and they NEVER return phone calls, they've mismanaged my properties, failed to do necessary repairs and allowed properties to sit, unrented for months. They don't contact me when tenants are late (they don't contact me for anything). I'm going to withdraw my properties from ATCO as soon as I find another management company that I've got faith in. more

If you care about your investment, don't go to ATCO! 11/26/2005

ATCO property management is the worst property management company in Bakersfield. All they care about is collecting their management fees. They charge too much for maintenance and their maintenance staff aren't knowledgeable in repairs. I know of many investors who have told me they don't get their rent checks on time, their property taxes aren't paid on time and phone calls aren't returned - ever! If you care about your investment, make sure you check with the DRE to make sure the company managing your property is properly licensed! more
