The service, and customer service by the wait staff here is absolutely HORRIBLE. Which is a sad contrast to the actual Hibachi chef's who do an excellent job. good luck getting the waitress (especially this one bitter woman with severe attitude) to take orders, get them right, or heaven forbid have interest in having your drink refilled at some point in the menue. Complain to the management? Expect to be completely blown off and ignored Then, to top it all off, I tipped the chef a $20 since he did his job well, and I left the bitter waitress 25 cents as a way of showing that I do tip, but her service was completely not worth it, and even after her attitude and my discussing her service with the manager STILL had the nerve to follow me into the parking lot and insult me for not tipping her!
