It's school picture day. Everyone has showered except me. I take my shower, and hurry through because the hot water is running out --fast! That's new, but who knows, we've only bought this house about a month ago and maybe this morning was just too much for the heater to handle. Or not... Scrambling to get things taken care of immediately, I did a google search for hot water repair in my area. I found the number for Lowell and called. I was told he could come out that afternoon, so I set the appointment and was very pleased when he arrived just shortly before the scheduled time. He asked questions about what had happened and what I had tried, then quickly set to inspecting the water heater and found the problem immediately. Within a few minutes it roared back to life and Lowell gave me tips on how to avoid problems in the future. He is very knowledgeable and won't treat you wrong. I HIGHLY recommend him for your needs! The Best Plumber in Lakewood and beyond! Lowell is the owner of this company and we chose him because of the reviews he received on City Search. We woke up last Sunday to find our bathroom floor covered in water, spilling out onto the hallway carpet. The leak appeared to becoming from the wall behind the toilet. As my husband madly wiped up the water (with visions of having to rip out walls and paying Sunday plumber rates), I started googling - found the reviews on this company and called Lowell. He came over the same afternoon and within 45 minutes identified the problem, replaced the parts (the turnoff valve behind the toilet ), and replaced the same parts on a second bathroom toilet (just in case). The cost - $65 in labor, plus parts! No Sunday rates - how sweet is that? Truly, we could not have asked for a better experience. If you need a plumber, Lowell is definitely the guy you want to call. The owner showed up at the scheduled time. He explained everything he needed to do and quoted me a price upfront. He stuck to his price and it was by far lower than the other companies I checked with. He installed a water heater, disposed the old one and the cost of the labor was $300.00 plus the cost of the water heater. (One of the other companies I checked with wanted triple that for labor!) Lowell was very polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him to everyone. Pros: excellent price Cons: did not encounter one more

Lowell is awesome! He really cares about his customers and goes out of his way to help solve plumbing problems. He replaced a drain for me, installed a tub, replaced washer hoses, and taught me how to replace the garbage disposal thing a ma bob myself. He also gave me a spare tool to use for next time! He was the most reasonably priced plumber I could find and I did not feel like he was trying to make as much money off me as he could. In fact, he did a couple small things at no cost! Lowell came back at no cost to adjust the height of my tub before I had the bathroom tiled. Pros: Lowell looks out for your best interest! Cons: He has an unreliable friend in the tiling business(Norris Tile). I don't think he realized this when he recomended him. more
