I have used this business for many jobs from new faucet installations to toilet repairs and they always do a great job. They respond to my calls quickly and charge more than fair prices. I find the ""Horrible"" reviews hard to believe, especially since they are both written on the same day... more

These ""professionals"" came to our house TWICE and did not fix ANYTHING we called for!!! Instead, they ruined our cabinets and over $700 of appliances, makeup, prescriptions, and personal care items. They took absolutely no responsibility for their careless lack of work. I don't care if they used to have good plumbers, the current employees are absolutely incompetent. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, OR RISK YOUR BELONGINGS!!! more

They had NO clue what they were doing and then had the you know what to charge when they couldn't fix the problem. Buy cheap buy twice!!!! more

I called at Your Service and had such a great experience! The last time a plumber was out they tried to up-charge and fix a bunch of stuff that was fine before he got there. This place was awesome in comparison. Fast efficient service and experienced honest plumbers. This is a good company more

Total was the plumber I chose to get my main drains snaked. I was having some problems with them running slow. The estimate I got over the phone was a fair price and when the job was done it came in under. I am very happy with the service and my plumbing works great now. more

Best service and quality of work I have ever seen 12/18/2010

Lowell and his team are awesome! I just completed a pretty big job at my home and couldn't be happier. He had no problem with working around my schedule and was here past 10 pm Mon, Tues, Wed. His rates are about 3 times LESS than the other big plumbing companies and he never tries to get more work out of a job then what is needed. If you want a professional with integrity give Lowell a call. You wont be sorry. more

Lowell, the owner, provided a free estimate and was extremely knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy at all, outlining our options, and doing the best he could to save us money while still solving the problem. Notably, he told us what we didn't need to have done (after another plumber had tried to have us spend a LOT more). Pros: Courtesy, Professionalism, Integrity, Fair Price more

Use someone else!!!!!!!!!!!! 3/23/2009

Be careful with this company. Initially I was happy with the discount they gave us when we had problems with our plumbing, but I had serious problems with their manager when trying to resolve a problem with sewerline backup. Not only did the technician they sent out not listen to the actual problem that was going on with our plumbing, but he cut multiple holes in our walls and did an EXTREMELY poor patch up job. The manager was very rude to me when I was trying to resolve the persistent problem (it wasn't fixed after the tech spent several hours at our place) and now I'm left with a backed up sewerline and unsightly holes cut in my wall. USE SOMEONE ELSE and make sure you ask for that all their work is guraunteed!!!!!!!!! Pros: Availability Cons: Manager difficult to deal with, problems not solved more
