Walking into Astoria Realty was the way through which my dreams came true. I was hoping for a 1BR close to transit and stores etc., but what I got was that, plus a spacious 1BR, plenty of light and a few extra closets. They really outdid themselves - all within my budget. Can't thank them enough. more

Finally found an honest real estate agent. 5/25/2012

I don't know if it is just me but I had a string of bad luck trying to find a place. I had some agents try to sell me on some apartments that were in bad areas. It turns out that the only honest real estate agents in Astoria were Chris and Nick they rented me studio apartment for $775 and it was in a nice neighborhood. more

Found Us A Great Apartment Near Astoria Park! 5/11/2012

We were so excited to rent a much larger apartment here with Tina than the smaller one we looked at two days ago with a different realty office. And, they were the same price, too. Plus, it's great because it's right across the street from Astoria Park where I like to run. We move in on May 15th and I'm so excited! Oh, and she gave us a break on the fees, so yet another plus for Astoria Realty. more

Astoria Realty won't stop until YOU are 100% Satisfied! 5/9/2012

Chris from Astoria Realty is the best. I started looking for an apartment in Astoria about 2 weeks ago. Both Nick and Peter from other offices near Ditmars Blvd showed me several apartments , 4 to be exact, but we just couldn't click with the landlords and with the real estate agents. The first apartment that Chris showed me was it! He knew the landlord personally and spoke to him directly. It took me one day to rent the studio in Astoria, the other offices were taking me for scenic rides in the neighborhood. more

They helped me find an apartment at a great location. 5/3/2012

My friend has used this place to rent an apartment in Astoria so I gave them a chance and I found a studio apartment in a great location. I just moved to the area and I needed a place fast. All of the places I saw were so good that it was a tough choice, but I got the right apartment for myself. more

Great Realtors they really listened to our requests.. 4/27/2012

I'm picky about realtors I don't like to feel like I'm getting a hard sale. I want to be listened to and then I rented. Our realtor at Astoria Realty took the time to find a nice group of aprtments for us to choose from. It was a tough choice but we were able to find the perfect large 3 bedroom apartment for us. more

Great Real Estate Office 4/11/2012

I'm really happy I decided to go into Astoria Realty. My boyfriend and I were looking for an apartment and we honestly lucked out by going here. Our new place is roomy, and lots of sunlight flows in through the large windows. I love the diversity of the neighborhood and the many ethnic stores in the area too. Great service. more

Best Realty Services Astoria, NY 4/5/2012

After combing all of Astoria with multiple realtors from Broadway to Ditmars Blvd, and with only a couple days to move, Chis found me the place within hours of meeting him. If you need to find a place in Astoria, and want someone who has knowledge of Astoria then Chris is the guy. I would recommend Chris to anyone who wants to find the perfect home. Superb Apartment Search and Find 4/5/2012

I decided to go with Astoria Realty in my search for a new apartment. They were able to help me find everything I was looking for in an apartment: proximity to subways, diverse and safe neighborhood, and a short commute to the city. I love the apartment and the neighborhood. Glad I chose Astoria Realty. more
