This is not what I look for in health care. A doctor's office is supposed to be a safe, woman positive environment. Instead, they play Botox commercials and try to sell skin care products. The doctor that I visited did not listen to any of my requests and continuously pushed me to take birth control for my painful periods. I am at no risk for pregnancy and have tried being on birth control before. It is not for me. Despite my wshes, she continuously prescribed it. She also refused to give me any kind of effective pain medication, and refused to discuss the possibility of other more serious reasons why I might be in such pain. Ultimately this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a physician.
