ALL the women there are rude and have ZERO manners!!! i could hear them talking bad about the patient that had just left!!! so much for patient privacy!!!! it was an awful time there, I will never ever give my excellent health care to providers that are angry, and rude and openly talking bad about a previous patient! Then the practioner that i saw was to call me the next day with results to tests, i had to call 3 days in a row, and when she finally called back, it was like a deer in headlights, "" what did you call for"" ??\r after the awful women at the front desk, that were absolutely rude, ti the nurse that was RUNNING me to the rooms, to me hearing about the last patient that had just left how horrible they thought of her, so much for patient privacy!!!!! those people act as if they are doing me a favor, when i will not give my 100% paying healthcare to people that are that rude and caddy.. I will be contacting the doctors @ that office, and let them know of my experience there! They lost my insurance money, and being pregnant that is quite a loss if you ask me. they are there to help and support women, but they were RUDE, CADDY, downright awful!!!!! I almost walked out the door after what i went thru with the nasty lady at the front desk! My situation is time sensitive and they still have not called with test results!!!!! ridiculous and i will never ever go back. and those nasty women that were talking bad about the patient that just left should be fired, I will be getting a hold of those docs in that office, because im sure im not the only one that they have lost!!!!!!! those women are supposed to be helpful and kind and supportive, instead they act as if i was a burden in their office! AWFUL HORRIFIC OFFICE with a bunch of RUDE women!!!!! \r plenty of women in the community that need jobs they should fire those women, that think they are omnipotent!!! \r DO NOT RECCOMEND!!!!! awful people there. rude more

Wonderful Care! I'm very surprised at the previous comment, as Dr. Doan was also my doctor. She was very helpful throughout my entire preganancy. Anytime I had an issue, she made a point to personally call me back to discuss it, not have the office staff do it. She provided resources that I didnt even know were available to me. She was patient and calm during my delivery as well. With this being my first pregnancy, I was extremely happy with how professional and friendly she was. I would not go anywhere else for my care!! more

I saw Dr. Doan from the time I was 2 wks pregnant until almost 7 weeks. I had an ultrasound and bloodwork once a week during this time. My hcg was doubling, but each time I went in they were unable to see a sac. Kim Martinez (ultrasound tech) was always in the dark as to why I was having ultrasounds weekly, and most of the time didn't have my chart/hcg numbers. I expressed to Kim/Dr. Doan on multiple occasions that I was worried it could be ectopic, as I was having back pain as well. It wasn't until my last visit when I expressed concern for the 3rd time that Kim finally checked my tube and discovered I was right. 4 ultrasounds and they never even looked, even though my hcg was way above a level that you would see a sac in the uterus. By the time they caught it, my fetus had a heartbeat and I no longer had the option to ""flush"" my tubes. I had emergency surgery, lost a tube and had damage to my uterin wall. They did not do their job. It took Dr. Doan almost a week to call me once she noticed there was reason for concern ( which by my math would've been weeks before that). It was just a part of life that my pregnancy was ectopic, but it was their negligence that caused me to lose a tube. For the safety of you and your unborn child, please do not trust these people. more

Dr. Leverett is a good Dr when she has time for you. Often times I had a appointment canceled because she had to run and deliver a baby. Not that that's a bad thing it just gets frustrating after a while. If you like the idea of natural childbirth and you want to go a day over 40 weeks of pregnancy she is not the Dr for you. \r All the staff is friendly, respectful, and willing to work with you to reschedule and find what you need. Their stenographer was amazing and the 3D 4D picts were worth every penny! I looked around they are reasonably priced. more

I really liked this group of doctors. Dr. Cobbinah was very thourogh and attentive. Loved going to the Lee's Summit office. They deliver at St Lukes East and St Mary's. more

This is a wonderful group of doctors. I see Dr. Leverett and she is great. She really takes the time with you and answers all of your questions and concerns. They have several loctations so it's never a problem to get in to see the doctors. more
