Rude and Negative Staff 6/8/2010

I am not so sure about the improvements with the new staff. The woman who does the assessments (at least the one who did mine in December of 2009) was a total ""B"". She acted as if everything that came out of my mouth was a lie and provided me with an unfair assessment. The other woman in the office was also rude and had an attitude. The negativity was rolling off both of them so much that I believe that they are in more need of therapy than me. I do not understand how professionals that are suppossed to help others who are at rock bottom places in their lives could be so negative towards their clients. more

Assessment Solutions 5/20/2009

I went to classes when it was under former management and I can agree with the negative remarks, however now that I am finishing up my hours, the new program under Mr. Tate has been far better than any assessment class I've had to go through before. The flexibility and availability of getting hours done has been perfect for me, and the classes are not only interactive and informative, but Mr. Tate has a personal approach that makes it not feel like your somewhere you don't want to be. Do not go here! There are many other places that will do the same service with a big smile. This place was horrible! waste of time and money! Pros: none to my knowledge Cons: everything about this place more
