Food Ok, service so so 9/24/2006

Um, I was surprised to see that this restaurant got such high ratings. The food is just OK. Kind of greasy but the portions are big. The atmosphere is nice but not nice enough to charge so much for the food. The female manager is very un-friendly and seems to have a temper. Dining experience was just Ok. Pros: large portions, can accomadate large groups Cons: angry manager! more

For The BEST Italian on O'ahu 10/13/2002

This restaurant is the best on the island for italian cusine. I spent 3 years living in Hawaii and every chance I got, when I could afford a nice dinner, I went. Very large portions and ceasar salad made right at your table are just two things that draw people to this wonderful resturant. If you are looking for a great dinner and don't mind paying a little more than McDonalds prices than this is the place to go. Make sure you make reservations if you are going at dinner time or expect a wait. Pros: Great atmosphere, Great Service Cons: Small Parking Lot more

Great Italian Food 10/6/2002

Assaggio's serves up the best Italian dishes in Hawaii. The prices are a little more pricey then other places but the atmosphere, service, and food are incredible. If your looking for a romantic dinner or to have a business lucheon this is the place, they offer takeout and are great at accommdating for larger parties. Pros: Intimate setting Cons: not very much parking more
