This is a nice restaurant that serves basic Italian fare. It's rather romantic in feel with candles and low-dimmed lights -- a place to take your loved one for a quiet, intimate evening. We brought our two young children several times and always felt weird about it! The food is good, nothing spectacular. I especially like their bread and salad. Service is great, and the wait staff is polite and accomodating. The atmosphere defines Assagio and makes for a fine dining experience.
