Dentist was very concerned with my comfort and worked quickly. Cost was a little higher than smaller practices. On the phone I was estimated much lower costs than what I was actually charged. They also mentioned a special where I could get an additional 20% off, but that was not applied when I paid. Overall, the dentist made it an excellent experience! more

Appreciated the warm & friendly welcome upon arrival. ?? The Hygenist had a drippy nose & was constantly sniffling while cleaning my teeth. wondered why she didn't excuse herself to take care of it & then continue?? Hope this action is not repeated. more

All the people have smiles the minute you walk in and Olivia comes out and calls me by name and hugs me. Love it more

Was scared to death to have a tooth pulled, guess I'm a pansy, but the staff was great, the Dr was fantastic! It was no muss, no fuss & over in just a couple. Had no issues later that day or following days. Highly recommend these guys! ?? more

this place is a joke! I went in there complaining of pain to a molar and they took one peek at it and told me I needed a root canal. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and they took an X-ray and found out that the tooth behind the one Aspen said needed a root canal had a massive cavity that was causing my horrific pain! the dentist I saw said it has probably been there for 6 or more months! Aspen totally looked over the cavity and now I have to have a root canal on that tooth! The one Aspen said I needed a root canal on had nothing wrong with it! They need to hire dental hygienists who know how to do their jobs & dentists who aren't straight out of dental school. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. on top of their extremely poor knowledge and their neglegence, they are way overpriced and always try to add little things on to your bill like 100 dollar tooth brushes that don't work! take my advice and go somewhere else. more

My wife and I have both used Aspen Dental Warsaw. My wife for a few fillings and a tooth extraction. I just had all mine pulled and dentures installed. Neither of us were fond of going\r to the dentist office because of previous painful encounters. Neither of us had been to a dentist for a number of years. When it came time to go we chose Aspen and are glad we did.\r My wife went first and was pleased with every aspect of their care. The total staff was kind and made sure all questions were answered and she was put at ease before her procedure was done. I was next and sailed through with no problems at all. Don't get me wrong, having all your teeth pulled and dentures put in is uncomfortable. I just wish I didn't wait so long to have it done. They made sure I had everything I needed to keep me comfortable after the procedure was done. If you have been putting dental work off because of previous bad encounters things have changed in the world of dentistry. OUTSTANDING! Is the one word I would use to describe Dr Sitjar and the rest of the staff at Aspen Dental in Warsaw. If there is another word that is more superior then I would use that word, but OUTSTANDING is the word that comes to mind, but I digress... After such an amazing experience my standards for dentists have been raised to a new level! I needed an emergency crow replaced and was in a lot of discomfort because every time I ate I ended up gnawing on my cheek. At the time I worked at a radio station in the downtown area, so my schedule was tight. Thankfully the office manager, Sarah, was able to get me in and worked around my schedule. The first time I visited I was greeted by the lovely patient service representative by the name of Ellen. The cool thing is I only had to wait a few mins to see Amanda, who is the hygienist. Immediately, Dr Sitjar’s dental assistants Adrienne and Susan worked on my defunct crown. There was NO PAIN when the old one was popped off and the temporary was on in a few mins! The procedure was done in two visits and the second was just as painless as the first! My permanent crow took several dozen attempts to get the bite PERFECT! Why? Because Surprise! I kept talking while Dr. Sitjar was molding the specimen… Now, I can chew on jawbreakers and raw Jasmine rice! Ok, NO not really, but that’s how durable my new crown is! There was a mix up in the scheduling and I was supposed to see Amanda on the second visit as well. Although, they had a full schedule of other patients to see Amanda was able to treat me! She was so quick that I didn’t have time to give her a full radio interview. As far as payments, Aspen Dental is very affordable as they work with your insurance company and are willing to fit your baguette…I mean budget (dang auto correct!) I highly recommend Drs Sitjar and Dr. Losier. Oh, and gentlemen Dr. Sitjar is a looker, so if you’re afraid of the dentists don’t focus on the drill… Motor Mouth McGee more

I went into Aspen Dental to have a quote on how much it would cost me to get my teeth pulled and dentures put in, Dr. Losier and his staff were wonderful...they helped me through everything and I will be getting my teeth pulled and the dentures put in on April 6....I would recommend everyone to Aspen Dental in Warsaw, Indiana....I'm sure that everything will go good on April 6....I will be writing another review when my teeth are done...Brenda Alderfer Pros: null Cons: null more

On january 14 2012 I had 21 teeth removed and dentures installed the same day by dr Losier in warsaw indiana for the first time in my 49 years I have found a dentest that is top notch.and very very good at what he does.Warsaw is lucky to have him.If you want great service great prices.be sure to see dr losier for any dental work you need. his whole staff treated me like i was the only patient there.
