I avoid the dentist like the plague having had so many bad experiences with the dentist playing Dr. Drill & Fill having no concern for if I was comfortable or not. I decided to give this place a try and when I walked in, surprisingly I was greeted with a smiling receptionist, Julie (if i remember correctly), welcoming me instead of the familiar ""can I help you?"" in that I hate my job tone of voice I got other places. She was helpful in getting me setup as a new patient and filling out the paperwork. Then I was walked back, to what I expected to be an isolated uncomfortable room, but was surprised to see a nice comfortable open yet divided area to get my exam and cleaning. The hygienist, Elena, had a nice gentle touch and excellent ""chair side"" manner. Maybe it was the awesome accent, and she even taught me how to say some things in Russian which helped me be even more at ease. After everything was all said and done and my pearly whites were polished and pretty, Dr. Brown came back to deliver the blow I knew was coming, I had another cavity that needed to be filled. He gave me the treatment plan and had the quote Julie got ready for what the cost would be to get the cavity fixed. I was very happy for the hour or so that I spent there and was surprised they had everything already to go without having to ask. As long as they keep up the good work, they can count on this patient coming back.
