I was originally concerned about going to a dentist office run by a corporation. I like to support local businesses and in general I don't like large businesses. However I am supporting local employees and I'm very glad that I gave them a chance. The customer service is the BEST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! Everyone is always very friendly, happy, kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone! more

Was a great experience From the check up to financing was great. The staff are very professional and the dentist did the work without making you worry andexplained everything in detail And the same for finance area. If you are looking for a good dentist 0ffice this is the place to go judge free zone!!!!!!!!! more

When I visit any medical office I will go with my first impressions, that being the front of house. I am always greeted with my first name and always feel as if I am visiting friends! All the staff are welcoming, beautiful (must be a requirement to work there) and make me feel very relaxed. Dr Bedin is always sweet and professional and is concerned with my dental health. The hygienist is also a pleasure and cares about my oral health! All in all the nicest dentists office I have ever been to. more

This is the best dental office I have ever been to. The office is clean and inviting when you walk in the door. The general dentist Dr. Bedin was kind and gentle. Dr. Xue the oral surgeon did a great job in my mouth. The dental assistants are always smiling and helpful as well as the front desk staff and they have a great hygienist who is both friendly and thorough. I would recommend this office to anyone. more

I wouldnt go to another dentist!! Aspen Rules!!!! 7/18/2012

I had horrible teeth at a young age and they began to to get worse to the point i couldnt take it anymore. Upon arriving there everyone was so nice. i was scared at first cause i was self concious of my mouth. They were so nice and not judgemental. I felt like they were family. I had over 10k of work done and i couldnt say i could be any happier. Everyone is great! the assistant justine was very sweet and just the overall ambience of the facility made it a joy. I always hated the dentist. Not here though i feel at home :) Thank you aspen dental of kingston for making me able to smile again!!!!!! more

My experience with Aspen Dental Kingston, NY 4/17/2012

thirty years ago I was hit in the mouth by a garage door spring as I was walking by and had extensive dental work in which they could never get me numb. So when I had problems and went to Aspen Dental in Kingston, NY I was very nervous but their doctor was able to get me numb and remove nine roots and fit dentures with no pain at all. They are very pleasent from the front desk to the people helping with financing to the nurses and doctors. Glad to say it was a smooth painless and pleasent experience and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks to everyone at Aspen dental. more

Proceed with Confidence 4/11/2012

I can say without a doubt that I had a great experience. I went in on Monday April 9th as a new and unexpected patient in a considerable amount of pain. The reception staff fit me in immediately and I was treated with great care and concern. The doctor rearranged his afternoon schedule to accommodate me and put a lifetime of fear of dentists to rest with his understanding, relaxed nature and in depth explanation of what was going to happen as well as his excellent ""chairside manner""!! The techicians and assistants were very comforting and put me in the right state of mind for what needed to be done. By the end of the visit there were no surprises. I thank them all for their kindness, professionalism and reassurance in what could have been a very difficult day. WIth the manner in which they handled my emergency, they have now gained four more patients because these are the people I trust with my family. more

CHEATS AND SCAM Dentists! 4/4/2012

read their google reviews before deciding. These people are nice to your face, but are scamming patients and telling them they need procedures when they really dont. several people (including me) we told we had cavities and needed root canals, when we got second opinions that said there was nothing wrong. Just because they are friendly, doesnt mean they arent cheating you! be careful with these guys! more

The best dental office ever! 11/22/2011

I went to an appointment with my mom last week and the staff was friendly caring. They even have a man doctor who sings and dances. It's nice to find some place where not everyone is uptight. I can't wait for my appointment. more
