I can say without a doubt that I had a great experience. I went in on Monday April 9th as a new and unexpected patient in a considerable amount of pain. The reception staff fit me in immediately and I was treated with great care and concern. The doctor rearranged his afternoon schedule to accommodate me and put a lifetime of fear of dentists to rest with his understanding, relaxed nature and in depth explanation of what was going to happen as well as his excellent ""chairside manner""!! The techicians and assistants were very comforting and put me in the right state of mind for what needed to be done. By the end of the visit there were no surprises. I thank them all for their kindness, professionalism and reassurance in what could have been a very difficult day. WIth the manner in which they handled my emergency, they have now gained four more patients because these are the people I trust with my family.
