I was very uncomfortable and anxious when I arrived. Immediately Kasie made me feel more at ease with her beautiful smile and encouraging words. The next step of getting an exray, Nancy knew I was anxious and scared. She immediately made me feel more relaxed as she talked me through the procedure with her understanding words and professionalism! My third step was wirh Dr. Shoaib and he did not disappoint. Even though I knew the verdict was going to mean pain and money, he was very helpful by explaining each step and his chair side manner was impeccable! Overall, I would recommend this dental office to anyone that needs help, they know what is important...the patient and making them comfortable!! more

I felt very confident after the initial consultation and after my initial extractions I had very little pain and you would make my dentures very comfortable with no problem by me showing up with-out an appointment and made them feel good I have gained a renewed confidence in talking to people and SMILING ALOT MORE I have recommended you to anyone that asks in fact a good friend will be coming to you after the first of the year thanks for giving me my smile back?????????? more

Very friendly and professional. I should not have had to wait several months for a night guard to be made, and this only happened because the lower plate split in half. They repaired the plate, but that did not last 2 weeks before breaking again in the same place. I finally was able to pick up the night guard the other day but it doesn't have the keepers in it so I have to go back for them to be put in and to discuss having a new lower plate made. I like Aspen and the people that work there in York Pa. Just hope they get this right this time around. more
