I have received about a handful of appointments at the Peabody location, and all of my experiences have been great. The hygienists are very through and gentle. The dentists are very friendly and genuinely concerned about your well being. I am a hockey player and have been most of my life. Recently I was hit in the mouth with a hockey stick. Needless to say Aspen Dental was my first call. They saw me the same day and I was out of pain by the time I left. I obviously will need more work due to my injury and I have no doubt in my mind that I have chosen the right place to go!!! more

I am a current patient at Aspen Dental in Peabody and have been for many years. It is a wonderful office. The staff greats you will a smile and enthusiasm every time. The dentists and her staff are all friendly and compassionate which is important to an elderly person like myself. They always explain the procedures thoroughly to make sure I understand and inform me of all potential issues in my mouth. My previous dentist just polished my teeth and sent me along. Aspen in Peabody takes the time to explain what is necessary and why and has saved me from a lot of pain in both my mouth and my pocketbook. I am so very happy that I decided to try Aspen Dental in Peabody! more

everything is this previous review happened to me. Peabody aspen \r Dental is the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. All\r about the money. Prices border on fraud. I paid $1182. for a scalling.\r and never got my tooth fixed, which is what I went there for. more

We recently had new dental insurance and had to go with Aspen dental, my husband went there and came back with 5 pages of things that needs to be done on his teeth that were never mentioned by our old dentist, they listed all these silver fillings that need to be switched to white fillings and scaling and was charged for antibiotics and all unnecessary work, I then took my daughter in because she needs her wisdom teeth out for them to book her appointment I had to pay a $1083 in advance her appointment is on 12/19/14, then I went in for my appointment and I have had no issues with my teeth according to my dentist that I have been going to for over 20 years not according to Aspen dental….. I got there for a teeth cleaning. I was also rushed around from one person to the next. First I got a ton of x-rays (I brought a set from my previous dentist, they said the x-rays were no good ) then the hygienist came in to check my gums. She randomly shouted out numbers regarding spacing between tooth and gums, the numbers were doubled the number my previous dentist would state. Also, the gum/tooth spacing should be done after a cleaning to give a clearer ration. I've been diligent about going to dentists every 6 months my whole life and was never told anything like this. The dentist saw me after an extremely long wait and said I have gum disease (?!?!!?!). I asked if I was going to get a cleaning, they said no, that I need to have my gums cleaned. There is nothing wrong with my gums nor do I have gum disease, my previous dentist, the same person I went to for years and was friendly with, would have alerted me to any gum issues. I said I would like my teeth cleaned and then measure again before I do the scaling I was told that cannot be done they will not do my cleaning unless I do and pay for the scaling and if I don’t do that I should leave and should cancel my daughters appointment…..Then I was told I must speak to the office manager, I felt like I was now in trouble and going to the principal's office. I told him and the young entry level dentist that I've never had issues with my teeth, this was a joke and I am calling my insurance. By far this is the worse experience I have had at a medical office, my primary doctors and my pediatricians are great I have had them for years and this is defiantly a business not a medical office all they want is your money and there service is horrible. I am going with a different dental plan so I do not have to go to them any more. more

I also had a terrible experience with Aspen dental in Peabody. I only went there because of an insurance change. I've been diligent about going to dentists every 3 to 4 months my whole life and was never told anything like this. I've never had a cavity or a filling. Then I was told I must speak to the office manager, I felt like I was now in trouble and going to the principal's office. I told her and the young entry level dentist that I've never had issues with my teeth, this was a joke and said I was leaving. They tried to make me stay, why I dont know. I just wanted my teeth cleaned. Admittedly, the office manager was nice, I sort of seemed to think that she knew what was going on and had no issue with me leaving. Other than the office manager, don't go here. Is a dentistry mill. Find a local dentist and stay with them. more

Had an exceptional experience at this office today, the assistants, dentists and front end staff were all very helpful, cheerful and informative. Had a cleaning with Paula and she was very sweet and made me feel at ease during the whole appointment, I would suggest this office to anyone who hasn't been to the dentist in a while, or just looking for a new friendly office to call your own. more

Aspen Dental has great staff and is more than willing to work with my schedule - which constantly changes. Today I had lots of questions about the procedure and Mavis was very helpful. She explained everything that would happen and during the procedure kept checking if I was okay, etc. It's nice to go to a place where people know what they're doing. more

I was never a fan of going to the dentist and for that reason I didn't go for over 10 years!!! I decided enough was enough and decided to bit the bullet and I am so glad I did!! While I was nervous the first time I went Dr. Shaw did everything to put me at ease and make my visits as enjoyable. No going to the dentist isn't as nerve wracking as it was before and that's all thanks to Dr. Shaw!!! Team Shaw!!!!! Pros: null Cons: null more

Aspen Dental 3/26/2012

My visits to Aspen have been very pleasent. From my first visit with my xrays the assistant Stephanie was very nice and explained every step. She made me feel very comfortable. Every time I am in the office she seems to go out of her way to say hello and ask how my family is. Paula was very sweet and great at explaing what needed to be done for my gums. I have told my friends and family about this office. Thumbs up! Pros: null Cons: null more
