The Aspen Dental office on 4th St and Bell RD, are FANTASTIC. I had a root canal that fell out and there was metal pieces in my mouth that had gotten infected. I was in extreme pain to where I was not sleeping. I was taking pain relievers like they were the last thing on earth. I was doucing a cotton ball with Tequila and or Everclear for the pain. Nothing was working. Called Dr Mathur's office and explain the issue. They got me in the same day. Which most dental offices, if you are a new patient you are only seen on certain days. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and the urgency to get me taken care of. Debbie, Dr Mathur's assistance was my first contact. She took me for x-rays ( individuals and panoramic of the mouth). Then I met Dr. Mathurs. He was very personable. EXCELLENT 'Bed side' manner. He explained what the x-rays showed. He asked me what I wanted to do? Which is rare since many of the dentist's I have seen over the years just tell you what they will do and not care if that is what you want or if you can afford it.. At that time I advised I wanted full mouth of dentures. He agreed with me that going this way would be the best for me. He gave me the RX for the infection. Once the infection is gone I went back to get the metal pieces taken out and the extractions (18) done. The denture process has begun..Dr Mathur's entire staff from the moment you call them, walk in the door and our talking finances with Nancy, make you feel like family. That is very rare for any patient to feel that way about a dentist office. If I can give anyone a bit of advise that are reluctant, scared about seeing a dentist go to Aspen Dental on 4th St and Bell and tell them Debbie sent you. You will be very glad you gave them a chance.
