Awesome experience overall; however, I had two fillings that were located in the back of my mouth. I didn't feel like the dentist was careful reaching into my mouth. My bottom lip was being pinched and I felt like he was trying to get both hands into my mouth. After a few minutes I had to hold up my hand to indicate that I needed a minute or two break. My jaw was stretched to the max and I just needed a break. My mouth hurt later after the feeling came back. I had to take naproxen to calm the throbbing. I just feel he needs to be more considerate of patients who have a small mouth. more

The staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Tiffany and Ebony was so welcoming and they made me feel like my business was appreciated. The receptionist was even awesome and the office manager and Doctor. I would definitely recommend this office to other people in the future. more

Dealing with Aspen Dental has been amazing. They were able to fit me into their schedule on very short notice. The staff was friendly and pleasant. What should have been the most stressful part of the visit was made easy by their business manager Mr. Marchello Baine; he patiently assisted me in coming up with a payment option that I could afford. I look forward to continuing my dental needs with Aspen Dental of Macon. more
