Loved Johnie, the hygienist , Was blindsided by the price even with insurance. Liked the invoiorment very much. The reception staff went out of. It's way to help me make my appointment . DId Not Trust the DENTist , and will not see him again. Everyone seemed to need a crown replaced! Loved the red headed ex-Ray guy, really went out of his way as I have a very small opening and. Small mouth. Don't remember dentist name but I found him very off putting more

I am still trying to decide if I like this dental office. I have had dental care many time in my life, but I never had to pay before service. This seems very weird; generally, you pay before you leave at other dentists. Also, I needed a couple of fillings replaced but was told that I had to have an exam first. So I made an appointment for that. It took two hours with the x-rays and exam. Then I received an estimate for the care. I was told I would have to have the appointment for the cleaning and gum treatment before I could have the fillings replaced because that would make the fillings stay in better. My last appointment I had the gum treatment, which I really think is a scam since you get free x-rays, yet you are required to get the gum exam. When I had to pay before the gum treatment, the new estimate was over $100 more. When I mentioned that, the woman said to bring that estimate and they will honor it (so don't throw your estimate away). Next week I am finally supposed to have the fillings that I needed for nearly a month now. However, if what I was told previously is true, these fillings won't stay in because they still haven't cleaned my teeth yet. I am told that the cleaning will be done after the second gum treatment. The care seems adequate although the x-rays were more painful than usual (and I've had many in the past). Also, when doing the gum treatment and the tartar removal, my gums were frequently poked accidentally by the tools. Perhaps this was unavoidable, but I've never had this problem in the past. more

We my daughter and I both had a great experience with Aspen Dental. Met Shawn Dodd, Director of Western Operations. Very personable and helpful. Also, I applied for their financing and will be getting new dentures. Staff is incredible. more

The Staff at Aspen Dental were amazing. The office manager, John is very good with people and makes one feel excited about the work that's about to be done. Which is amazing because, let's face it, getting the work done usually makes me nervous! \r Dr. Garnache had a great bedside manner, which put me at ease, as did the Oral Surgeon Dr. Vandee Grafff which did the actual procedure. Both would come with my highest recommendation! more
