I took Cheryl here and what a terrible experience we had. This place is just plain terrible. They make an appointment with you. Cheryl confirmed with 3 times if they take our health insurance. Aspen listened carefully and responded all 3 times. That yes, they accept our insurance and there is nothing to worry about they got our hopes up for nothing. As they participate in our plan. We took in order to make the appointment. They said don't worry we will handle everything and your insurance will cover it. They informed us of that over the phone 3 times we actually trusted them and I thought my tooth would be on the way to recovery I was very wrong. We thought GREAT. We got there and they had me fill oull the paperwork which we did. They then asked me Cheryl T. after I completed all paperwork that sorry we don't take your insurance it was like pulling the rug from under my feet. But don't worry we will bill you or finance you. They informed us of this. After they informed us that they participate with my insurance plan. B.S. This Apen Dental loves to play games.\r \r Aspen is a bunch of crooks and should be stopped. If they lie about this. Then what else will they lie about. I heard another gentlemen who was leaving when we did he even was very disappointed with them and was very angry with them as well. That he will also never go back there either. The good reviews that they have on their website they must have written the reviews themselves. Because they actually STINCK!!!!!!!! THEIR A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!\r \r Think twice before going here. As it appears this place is full of BOGUS reviews. RUN don't walk and call another dentist immediately they just want your money their not interest in your well fair. We called another dentist who does take our insurance plan. Who took us right away. We confirmed this with my insurance provider. That they do particpate. Please do yourself a favor and call another dentist before going to ASPEN any dentist is better then them. They can't be trusted. They pulled the switcharoo on us with there door teaser. That they accept our insurance coverage which was a downright lie. VERY diappointing indeed. \r \r DON""T GO HERE> CALL ANOTHER DENTIST PLEASE HEAD OUR WARNING BELIEVE US WE KNOW FROM EXPERIENCE. Please you will be glad you did. more

The Aspen Dental on Walden Avenue gave me an experience like no other. The Doctors were knowledgable and very kind and caring. They answered all of my questions without hesitation, while displaying their trustworthiness. I have never felt more comfortable at a Dentist's office than I do with Aspen Dental. The entire staff were unbelievably friendly, and more than accommodating. I have been telling EVERYONE I know about my experience at Walden Avenue, and now I'm telling YOU!! So cancel your next appointment wherever you are now, and call Aspen Dental!! more

There really is nowhere else to go for your dental work than Aspen Dental here on Walden Ave. With Aspen's resources everything is nice and new and cutting edge.\r This office goes beyond even Aspen's lofty standards. Marissa provides excellent customer service and careful planning, and the hygienists are meticulous and thorough. The advice they have given me over the last year or so has really improved my overall health and well-being. more

Darlene is the hygienist at this location and she does such a great job! The office manager Bob is thorough and really knows his information. The Doctor is always kind and friendly and has always made me feel like I am in such good hands. I have confidence in my providers and any time I have ever had a question it was met with prompt responses. more

I have been going to Aspen Dental for over a year now and the people there are so accomodating to me and my teens. They make us all feel at ease and just recently the surgeon completed surgery within a specified period that it could be done in as I was going out of town. They did it on short notice and an excellent job all around. A full exam & Xrays, surgery all within three days. No real pain but certainly glad it is all over! They exceeded my expectations! more

Marissa at the front desk has always went above and beyond to assist my with all my needs such as financial issues, scheduling, and emergency visit's. The staff at this aspen dental location are all wonderful especially Marissa at the front desk. more

I had to find a new dentist for my teens and I made the correct choice. Now I would not go anywhere else! more

I hadn't been to the dentist in so long, I was SO nervous about what they would tell me. The girl at the front, Marissa was so nice. She explained exactly what they were going to do on my first visit and exactly what to expect. Knowing the first steps really helped ease my mind. The Dental Assistant, Alecia was so nice and very thorough and helped me get through the xrays quickly. Dr. Nyugen was very nice and didn't make me feel embarassed after finding out I had some cavities. The office Manager, Mark went over all the costs and exactly how much my insurance was going to cover. Overall they were very upfront about out of pocket costs, and the visit was SO efficient. I am so pleased with the visit from start to finish. They greeted me by name when I got scheduled for my cleaning which was three days later! they got me in and out and I got to work on time - which was great! i'm so pleased. I brought my son in with me for an appointment for him too. The facility was so clean and so organized. I'm definitely a HUGE fan!!! more

I had to get dentures this past week. I have always had a fear of the dentist and was nervous even scheduling a appointment. From the moment i walked into the office i was greated with a smile and felt i wasnt being judged. I felt like everyone from the girls up front, the assistants, doctor, and manager all truely cared about making me feel as comfortable as possible. The doctor explained everything to me and let me know everything was going to be ok and i wouldnt feel any pain. The surgeon was great as well! Thank you for everything! If you are like me and have a fear of the dentist i would recomend this office. more
