The hygienist Donna did a great job cleaning my teeth. She also notice an area of concern on my X-ray. Dr. Formanek did a cold test on one of my front teeth and I didn't feel it. ...

Worst

This location was great. They were friendly and helpful. They even let my Daughter pick out a toy because she waited very nicely for me to get done. And they made me comfortable, which isn't Usually the word that comes to mind with dental work. That's great customer service! more

I'm not sure what was the issue. There wasn't that many patients in the office and I waited over 40 mins after my checkup to sit down for a few minutes to schedule an appointment for cleaning before I was able to leave. Other than that my visit was excellent, friendly staff, very professional, and everything was quick straight to the point. more

I would like to compliment the staff in the West Des Moines Aspen Dental for their friendly and quick service to me when I was at the office for my appointment. They greated me with with a smile and got me into my appointment so quickly. The front office staff were so nice and talked to me about all the different options I could do to pay for my services. I was in so much pain due to my tooth ache...and they were so understanding and sypathetic to that. When I got to the back to see the dentist and the rest of the people who took my x-rays and helped me...I had never felt so at ease and relieved that I was their priority!!! Thank you so much for everything and I will be recommending your services to all my friends!!! Thank you so much to all of the staff at West Des Moines Dental your the bestl!!!! more
