I became a patient of aspen last year went in for routine check by the end of my examine I knew I would have to have some dental work done!\r bye the end of my appointment I was faced with a 18,800 that was the summer of 2014. I just had another appointment on the 13th only to be told I needed to have 2more teeth extractions which would cost about 300.00 more dollars I just can't understand why they just didn't pull all the bad teeth then last summer???? now I am up to almost 20,000 and when it coms to appointments!! if your appoint is at 1oclock, you will be luckly if your out of that office by 3 or 4. they always over book. this is their casa grande office. if I hadn't payed them all my money already I would go to another dentist!! horrible dentist pactrice you would think they would offer me some kind of discount I was just there on 02-13-2015 it seems as if they just keep dragging this on with more precedures avoid this dentist at all cost!!!! more

I am still not happy with my dental procedure with Aspen Dental, as I told you the time before this one; I received my permanent dentures and I told the dentist that I still can't chew because my upper is so loose. I had this problem since day one and I have complained since that first day I received my temps. Well, I decided that I would wait till I received my permanent dentures and see how they fit. Well nothing change and they tell me is to put more adhesive. I paid $ 11,000 for this set of dentures and I haven't been able to take my wife out to eat at a restaurant in over 6 months, because I'm embarrassed that my denture is going to fall out. I was called by the Casa Grande office for an appointment because I had complain to the main Aspen office. Well I talked to the dentist again and all he had to say is that they could do implants to my upper but that would be more money. When I made the transaction for my dentures I made it for a set of dentures and the dentist is trying to tell me that the upper denture is guaranteed and they can refund me the money for the upper denture. What good is that, my guarantee is for a FULL SET OF DENTURES. I know that I can have the upper fixed right because I went in for another refit for my upper and there was a substitute dentist ( a young Asian dentist ) this time and when he saw how my upper just fell out when I opened my mouth, he that shouldn't be like that. and then he began to adjust the upper until he had my upper sucking up against my pallid. I had to leave my upper for one day and when I came back for them, they were still the same. I went back on the Nov. 10 to the appointment made by them because of my complaining to the main office and they told me they would make an appointment with the young Asian dentist and now its 7 days later and still no calls not even to say I'm sorry but we can't get an appointment for you. I am getting more and frustrated every day that goes by. I wish I had never gone to Aspen Dental. I am even thinking of looking into legal procedures, if something doesn't happen soon. more

Normally their service and care is amazing, but the last time I was there though I had a 10:45 am appointment. I get there and they have a sign on the door saying they are closed from 10-11 am for training. First you do not schedule a training during regular business hours when you know you have scheduled an appointment. Second, when your patients are on a tight schedule, you have to get them in exactly when their appointment time is. They did compensate for the occurrence, however, it should have never happened. Also, the first time I went is to have a couple cavities repaired they did not tell me that I had to take whatever it is they give for people with a bad anxiety disorder when you go see the dentist, and I had to go through the procedure with out, and I was scarred and my heart raced and I was full of tears the entire time. They need to have an easier method like laughing gas because for me, I could be numbed completely, and I'll either still feel something or the pressure will make me freak out. more
