Service Received : New Furnace Motor Our Furnace stopped working last night and we called Aspen Creek. We had called after normal business hours, and we left a message. Our phone call was promptly returned by Dan and he was very courteous and professional. Dan and Jim arrived at our door first thing in the morning, and they were smiling and a pleasure to be around from the start! We are a "no shoes" home and before I could ask them to remove their boots, they immediately put on boot covers. Dan and Jim were very quick to troubleshoot the problem, and provide us with a price to complete the work- they even offered us a coupon! We ended up needing a new motor for our furnace, and me being a "hands on guy" I watched the process to see if I could learn anything. Dan and Jim explained the process for swapping out the motor, and how they came to the conclusion with the troubleshooting. They kept their work area very neat and clean, laying down towels to contain the mess, and promptly removed the old motor and installed the new one. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, answering my laundry list of questions with accurate information and still wearing a smile. After the motor was installed and tested, they asked if I had any other questions or concerns. I had mentioned that the output of our vents seemed a little low and their response to my amazement was "we can fix that too." They adjusted the output on the same call, and made my baby daughter's room much more comfortable. I am a real person, a real customer, and a first time home owner. Aspen Creek came highly recommended from a Duct Cleaning Contractor, and I would have to second his opinion. I myself am in the Service Industry, and I know the value of a team that operates like a well oiled machine. These guys wowed me, and I want to recommend them to everyone! I would preface this first by saying that we are long time friends and go to church with people at Aspen Creek Heating and Air, so anything I have to say about them will be skewed to the positive. That said, they are professional, they have great prices, and they get the job done as advertised. I've had them do a couple of things, such as replacing the sump pump in the basement, and the whole-house fan, and everything is working fine. more

Since we've lived here, I've only had the luck of finding two good service people, a great plumber and a great HVAC person! Before someone in our neighborhood recommended Aspen Creek Heating and Air to us, we couldn't find a HVAC person worth a hill of beans! We were having horrible luck finding a good, professional HVAC service. Dan is wonderful! And his wife Shannon is equally lovely! Dan came in to replace our entire AC system. He directed us to three reasonably priced systems, and provided all the information for the units we'd need to make a well-informed decision. We felt he was honest and knowledgeable about the information he gave us. He was able to get our entire system installed before the hot weather started. He had only one day to do it, and he got it all done because he really busted his tail for us! The results have been great and very noticeable, we've definitely felt much cooler in our house. I would recommend them to anybody, and I've given out their card to people in my neighborhood. more
