Service Received : New Furnace Motor
Our Furnace stopped working last night and we called Aspen Creek. We had called after normal business hours, and we left a message. Our phone call was promptly returned by Dan and he was very courteous and professional. Dan and Jim arrived at our door first thing in the morning, and they were smiling and a pleasure to be around from the start! We are a "no shoes" home and before I could ask them to remove their boots, they immediately put on boot covers.
Dan and Jim were very quick to troubleshoot the problem, and provide us with a price to complete the work- they even offered us a coupon! We ended up needing a new motor for our furnace, and me being a "hands on guy" I watched the process to see if I could learn anything. Dan and Jim explained the process for swapping out the motor, and how they came to the conclusion with the troubleshooting. They kept their work area very neat and clean, laying down towels to contain the mess, and promptly removed the old motor and installed the new one. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, answering my laundry list of questions with accurate information and still wearing a smile.
After the motor was installed and tested, they asked if I had any other questions or concerns. I had mentioned that the output of our vents seemed a little low and their response to my amazement was "we can fix that too." They adjusted the output on the same call, and made my baby daughter's room much more comfortable.
I am a real person, a real customer, and a first time home owner. Aspen Creek came highly recommended from a Duct Cleaning Contractor, and I would have to second his opinion. I myself am in the Service Industry, and I know the value of a team that operates like a well oiled machine. These guys wowed me, and I want to recommend them to everyone!
