Clean, inviting, aesthetically pleasing 6/30/2014

The cleanest, prettiest reception area and waiting room of any auto shop I have ever seen. Obviously catering to women & as a woman I say "about damn time". Clean bathrooms are a 'must'. My oil change was performed quickly & affordably. Keep sending the coupon fliers & I'll be back more

Quote was very different than actual bill 6/30/2014

We originally took our vehicle in about 6 weeks ago and received a quote for a transmission flush. We brought it back a couple of weeks ago and they called during that time for some filters that needed to be changed, etc - which is understandable. However, the original quote for the transmission alone was $180.00. We had a coupon for $50.00 off and another coupon that could be used for the filters of $20.00 off. That being said - the $180.00 should have been $130.00 - not the 229.00 that was charged. We had always been happy with them until this point. They have lost my families business as they do not honor the coupons sent out, nor do they even address them when paying for the services rendered. more

Prompt and courteous 6/25/2014

There was some confusion over my appointment time, but they were able to get me in immediately. An oil changed took about an hour, which is a little too long. But the customer waiting area is excellent, with free snacks, beverages, and satellite tv. more

Friendly, but 6/23/2014

They were very nice, but I went in for a courtesy check was told I would be emailed and estimate for the work. it has been 3 days now and still no estimate. Also I signed my papers was told they were bringing my vehicle around and I think they took their break first it took 20 minutes to get it off the rack and bring it around. more

Mathew at the Littleton store provided me with courteous service and didn't try to sell me anything that I don't need . That was the difference. I walked out assured that my car was in good shape without trying to be sold anything I didn't ask for. Quality service more

What a pleasure and relief it is to have Real mechanics who know my car and clue me on on current needs and upcoming issues. Ex: this visit they saw that the coolant reservoir was empty. That would've been pretty good to know by itself -- but they'd looked at it last time i was in, too, so they knew it had been Full then ... and that made the info VERY useful !! more

This is the first time that I have ever taken my car somewhere to have an oil change. I will definently take it back to them again and again. They called me tell me everything that was needing attention on my car and asked if I wanted them to fix any of it. They were not pushy about any of the things needing fixed and showed me when I got there some of their greater concerns. They also printed out everything that was needing attention for my records. I like having that check list. more
