1st Class Service 11/20/2014

Auto repair done with class. From start to finish this was an excellent experience. I was already aware of the repairs needed and they were honest and did NOT try to take advantage of me. Everything was done in a reasonable time period. I Never have to take my Audi A6 back to the dealership. Great neighborhood auto repair shop. I will come back with all our vehicles. more

Prompt service, honest 11/16/2014

We were given an estimated to replace the radiator after an accident. Brent said he wouldn't know if he would be able to complete the work with no additional cost until he tried to place the new radiator. We were braced for additional costs, but the repairs were finished the same day, for the exact amount of the estimate, and warrantied for 3 yrs/36,000 miles. We were treated respectfully and honestly. We will be back (in fact, we already have been.) more

Impressed and in appreciation 11/11/2014

I am very impressed; I connected with Aspen Auto after being told my car needed repairs that just did not sound right to me. I requested an overall maintenance review and from start to finish I was impressed. The recommendations were sound, the prices for repairs reasonable and the service from staff outstanding. I purchased the oil change 5 pack and rec'd $50 off my service. You now have a new local customer! Thank you! more
