Ask Lon The Handyman

When I first called, Lon spent a great deal of time with me on the phone, listening to the problem. He was extremely honest, informing me that he doubted we had any mold (based upon my description), and that he wanted to make sure we didn’t pay for a job we didn’t need. He gave a thoughtful assessment of what he believed the problem to be (he turned out to be absolutely correct), and he listed his time, materials, and estimated costs. He came out the very next day and remained polite, thorough, and professional. As soon as he ascertained that there was no mold, he informed us that there was no need for further repair, replastered the wall, and cleaned the floor for us. He even told us how my husband could finish the job, to save us money! Great company, great guy. more

I asked him to do some mold removal and basement remodeling and he came thru in a flash. He responded to the call immediately with concerns of there being children in the home. He had great recommendations and was always very professional and honest!!! I'd prefer someone working on my home that takes into considerations all the variables that other contractors don't. The other great thing about Lon, is that he's working with his son. Who, not to mention is also a wealth of knowledge. They just want to make a living by help you with yours. I will definitely be doing more business with them. more
