I recently built a home in Windsor and quite a few friends referred me to Asien's for appliances. I purchased all of my kitchen appliances including a Sub-Zero fridge and Viking range from them. They were super friendly, no-pressure, knowledgeable and worked hard at finding floor models and other closeouts that might help my budget. They did the installation at a fair price and were really helpful when the range needed a burner ignition replacement shortly after we started using it. When the repairman was working on the range, he took the time to clean out my Subzero filter and show me how to do things myself that many people often call repair people for. And all I gave him was a coke! I think they did a wonderful all around job of both front end sales, installation and repair work. more

I've always had good service from Asiens; first with owners Larry Asien, and his mom when they were there. Last month I needed some parts for my 26 year old GE range, and they were very helpful. Price was competitive also. more

I tried Asien's Appliance. Since my location in Sonoma is about 30 miles south of Asien's location on the north side of Santa Rosa, I wasn't enthused about making the drive just to check out stock. So, I tried their web site "contact us," explaining that I was in the market for a qualifying Tier 3 washing machine and a matching dryer, but needed delivery quickly in order to have an expectation of getting a California Cash for Appliances rebate before the funding ran out. To my pleasant surprise I promptly received a responsive reply. After discovering that Asien's was both Diamond Certified and had an "A" BBB rating, I advised Asien's by e-mail that I would take the Whirlpool top-loader that they had in stock, and the recommended companion dryer. A follow-up telephone call to Asien's with my credit card information sealed the deal. As promised, Asien's delivered the following day, and accommodated my request that they call me at my work number about 15 minutes before arriving, so I could meet them at my house. The two-person installation crew disconnected my old washer and dryer, took the old washer away for recycling, and provided me with the required California Cash for Appliances Certificate of Recycling/Demanufacturing form. They had agreed to also take my old dryer, but, when I subsequently learned that a co-worker was in need of dryer, didn't object to leaving the old, still working dryer instead of carting it away. Now, here's what most impressed me: the Asien's crew did a careful job of leveling my new washer and ensuring that the leveling screw locknuts were tight. High-efficiency washers spin at about double the speed of a conventional washing machine, so the proper leveling is particularly important. My web research had also revealed that the leveling lock nuts MUST be secured, as well, otherwise you will end up with a "walking" washer; not good. Finally, the Asien's installers upgraded my dryer vent to current code, a problem I wasn't aware of, and appreciated having fixed. more

My only experience has been with their service section. We actually had bought a dishwasher at Best Buy and were having some problems with it, but Best Buy's usual contract service person was busy or otherwise not available so they referred their service to Asiens. The service tech who came was knowledgeable and figured out the problem quickly. Made me wish we'd bought our dishwasher there instead of Best Buy. more

I recently shopped at Asien's Appliance and I was looking for a new eco-friendly washer and dryer, and the store clerks there were more then helpful. As a working father of 3 it's hard to find a good store to buy appliances but Asien's was so great and patient with my kids running around. Asiens now has a customer for life, my wife and I came in the Saturday before thanksgiving. They had the range we wanted in stock and delivered & installed it before Thanksgiving. The delivery guys great, very proffessional. I will never shop anywhere else. more
