I am quite impressed and excited about my apartment! The community is small and well kept and I have my own carport. Location for me is great; close to my job and access to highway 270, grocery stores and the mall. The manager is very receptive, and warm. more

Everyone is friendly and inviting. The apartments are located close to 270 and 161. it is Awesome living so close to easton and polaris. The apartments are spacious and I love my back porch. I would recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking for a home! more

A great find!! 1/14/2012

This is an amazing place to live, and I stumbled upon it by accident. I met the apartment manager and fell in love with her right away. She is so friendly and helpful that I knew if I had any problems she would be helpful in helping me solve them. The location is great, it's close to Easton and the 1-270, 161 but not close enough to get the problems and traffic from those places! There are trees all around and the neighborhood is great and peaceful! No loud parties at all hours of the night, it's a great place for any age! I am a student who needs quiet to study but who also goes downtown every day and it is a perfect location for the peace but not too far from downtown to create problems! I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a nice place to live that is peaceful and friendly. more

Great place to call home! 1/2/2012

Since moving to Ashton Woods this past fall I can honestly say that I have found a place I can truly call home! Conveniently located to I-270, 161, Easton Town Center and so much more you are literally just minutes from shopping, entertainment, parks, fishing and so much more. The grounds themselves are well maintained and create a beautiful a atmosphere to enjoy while sitting on your deck or patio. There is plenty of parking, quiet neighbors and awesome onsite management. I would highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a new forever home. FYI, they have a great pet policy for cat owners, if you happen to be one! ;-) Don't think twice, come apply today if you want to live in a GREAT community. more

Finally, A PLACE TO LIVE LIKE AT HOME! 12/29/2011

Ben and Darlene Dec. 29,2011 Finally, we've found a place that we can settle in and feel like we're in our home. Freeway 270 accessible is a plus, a shortcut thru Strawberry Farms takes you to Morse rd. close to Easton Shopping Centers where restaurants are close to each other, Lower's is close by and other mercxhandise Stroes of all kinds and variety are clustered together for convenience. Pam and Ira, the resident managers are both helpful and fair in their treatment and inter-action with anybody Problems, whether maintenance or personal by nature is quickly taken care of and resolve fairly. Parking space are plentiful for residents and their guess. Well, what are you waitingf for then ? Come on over and find out for yourself what youir missing. more

Great Place to Live! 12/27/2011

As a newly married couple, Ashton Woods is a great place to live. It has an EXCELLENT location. I can jog or bike along the Alum Creek trail to work at Easton, or hop right on the highway and be downtown within 15 minutes. We live on the ground floor, which is partially underground in the front. This means that our air conditioning bill is practically nonexistent in the summer! The landscaping is well maintained, and having our own personal storage shed and patio is very nice. We’ve even seen some deer while sitting out on the patio at night! The pet policy is outstanding! No monthly fees! There is also a ton of parking spaces available, which is outstanding! The only complaint I really have is that (non-emergency) maintenance is available only on Mondays and Fridays. But when we have needed them, they were exceedingly nice and helpful every single time, so I don’t mind too much. All of the management is very nice and friendly. more

Ashton Woods is great place for me to live, I've been living at Ashton Woods for over 12 years. I love all the beautiful tress and birds. Great parking. Very quiet neighbors. My home interior feels and look like a single familty home. I have vaulted ceilings, fireplace, 1-1/2 baths. Very spacious 2 bedrooms. My added perk is that I have a washer & dryer that comes with my apartment. The monthly rent is reasonable for all you get.\r \r I recomend Ashton Woods a very nice place to live. Stop in and meet our wonderful Manager. more

Ashton Woods is a wonderful place to live. I really enjoy the quietness. The apartments are very spacious. I used my fireplace all winter. it really helped on my electric bill. We have a wonderful manager and maintenance guyl He gets the job done right. more

Great apartment 3/21/2011

I have lived at Ashton Woods for several months and have enjoyed my stay. The apartment is very spacious for a one-bedroom and includes nice amenities such as wood-burning fireplace, car port, washer and dryer, large balcony, and large outside storage space. The location is very convenient to 161, 270 and Easton. Additionally, the live-in manager and maintenance man are both very friendly. Any concerns or maintenance requests I've had were resolved very quickly! more

Ashton Woods Apartments 270+161 3/16/2011

Nice place. Quiet. My cat loves the view of all those trees (and squirrels). I love that she doesn't cost any more for rent. The rooms are large. The included washer and dryer help. And the carport was a big + this winter! more

Great apartment find 3/14/2011

This apartment complex is a jewel of a find. \r \r The location is close to the 270 interstate and Easton is a little under 7 minutes away. The noise level from 161 is minimal due to the sound wall. \r \r Each unit is furnished with a washer and dryer which makes that a plus for those starting out . Other great things are the large rooms,extra storage area, vaulted ceilings in the upper units,\r fireplace and carport spot allowed for each tenant. \r \r Management is awesome when dealing with any kind of emergency situation. Willing to do what they can to get the problem resolved. \r \r Easily to become a long term resident. more
