Review content:
As a newly married couple, Ashton Woods is a great place to live. It has an EXCELLENT location. I can jog or bike along the Alum Creek trail to work at Easton, or hop right on the highway and be downtown within 15 minutes. We live on the ground floor, which is partially underground in the front. This means that our air conditioning bill is practically nonexistent in the summer! The landscaping is well maintained, and having our own personal storage shed and patio is very nice. We’ve even seen some deer while sitting out on the patio at night! The pet policy is outstanding! No monthly fees! There is also a ton of parking spaces available, which is outstanding!
The only complaint I really have is that (non-emergency) maintenance is available only on Mondays and Fridays. But when we have needed them, they were exceedingly nice and helpful every single time, so I don’t mind too much. All of the management is very nice and friendly.
