Ashman Associates has handled my rental property for many years and now that I have recently sold it I just want to say that they did a fantastic job for me every step of the way. Rent was always received on time, maintenance tasks taken care of, and any tenant issues were addressed professionally. My husband and I have rented a house from Ashman Associates since July 2010 and they have been absolutely wonderful. If they need to come by for routine maintenance then they always call ahead of time and leave a note detailing exactly what was done. Maintenance requests have always been handled very quickly and the two ladies in the leasing office are always very friendly and helpful. Even better, they hardly ever raise rent and when they do it is a very modest increase. I would highly recommend Ashman Associates to anyone looking to rent a house or apartment in the area. more

We have recently renewed the lease on our residential home, located in Roswell’s neighborhood that we’ve been renting through Ashman Associates. We have been very pleased with the service provided by your firm. Our current rental property, when we first viewed it, was in need of substantial work, as it had not been kept up properly by the former tenants. Our agent informed us of the repair work planned for the property, and he took careful note of the concerns we raised. Since we desired the house, primarily for its location, we filled out the tenancy application even though we had reservations. We were very pleased to find that the promised work was completed before we were scheduled to occupy the house. Furthermore, as other problems appeared after we’d settled in, you promptly had them corrected – even though we’d stated that they weren’t urgent matters. Your response to these issues has been a pleasure and a good reflection back onto Ashman. Thank you. more

Ashman Associates provided excellent service in renting our property quickly and at a fair price. My property manager could not have been more pleasant, helpful, and efficient. I am very grateful for the work that Ashman Associates performs for my rental property. It is often a very thankless job because so much of what they do goes on “behind the scenes,” but I wanted to take the time and highlight some of their feats of strength. I am especially grateful for the support you gave me when the current tenants were having problems with the AC. It seems as if a lot of phone calls and coordinating had to go on to get the repair tech out there so quickly. I also want to recognize them for always providing me superior communication throughout the years. A job well done, keep it up. more

My company was hired by Ashman Associates over a year ago and it has been a pleasure working with them. It's been very clear to me since the beginning that they care very much for their tenants. Communications have always been open and their attention to the details is impressive. I don't think there are many popular property management companies, but from what I've seen Ashman Associates are looking out for the best interest of their properties. It's impossible to please everyone when dealing with large communities. It is a difficult task and they do it well. more
