Ashbusters Chimney Service 8/17/2011

I was so pleased with Ashbusters! We had a wood burning stove insert in our open hearth fireplace that we wanted to remove. Mark and Sax came within a week of my calling and removed it. They were very polite and knowledgeable. They cleaned up after themselves and didn't get a speck of dirt on my white shag carpet. more

Ashbusters' sweep and inspection 8/4/2011

Bob and Mark just finished a ""level 2"" service (this is where they do a visual inspection of the flue via a camera) and an ""on the roof"" inspection of the chimney and cap. I appreciated the opportunity to view what the camera was seeing; and also the pictures that were taken of the exterior regarding any potential problems When I asked about any immediate or future needs, I was given a straight answer, and a quote on what that respective service would be. (It was also put into writing for my records.) They were punctual, courteous, and thorough. more

Excellent Quality & Professional Service - Chimney EXPERTS! 7/23/2011

Mark came out to inspect the job and gave a detailed explanation of suggested fix. The bid for the work was an excellent value and we moved forward with the job. The job was done in two stages and on each stage the technician's arrived (Bob & Mark) just as schedule. Upon arrival Bob gave us an overview of the work to be completed and completed the job on time just as promised. These guys really know their stuff and performed excellent work. Their entire staff is pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again if we need any further chimney servicing. more

Tim and Shon came out the day after I called to make an appointment. They were both very helpful and courteous and I could tell they knew their stuff. I have to agree with the other reviewers: for customer service, Ashbusters is #1. I would definitely call them back should the need arise. more

Finally, a company that gets it - customer service that is. Friendly and helpful on the phone and on the job. The team was prompt, professional and went right to work. They did a thorough inspection of my fireplace and chimney, then offered a wide price range of options for making it safe and usable. Even got a thank you gift of gourmet brownies in the mail a week later. more

Professional and Curteous 4/6/2011

We have been dealing with a leaking roof/chimney for many years. We had countless professionals look at & attempt to repair the problem with little success. Our last roof repair corrected part of the problem. Barrett Roofing recommended we have Ashbusters take a look at our chimney. These two companies working hand-in-hand have done it. After two good, soaking rains, our attic has stayed dry. They are honest, professional, and curteous. We will highly recommend them to everyone. more

Best Fireplace Installation & Chimney Service 3/7/2011

This was one of the best purchase & installation experiences I have ever had. From the office staff's courtesy in scheduling to the installation of my new fireplace (by Bob and Mark), which was nothing short of superior workmanship, I can attest to the exceptionally high quality of this company. Even the owner stopped in during installation to answer questions and make sure I was satisfied. The price was very fair considering the amount of work included in the order. I couldn't be happier. more
