Friendly, fast but thorough and excellent 6/5/2013

I had a previous hearing group and left them for this doctor and office- excellent exam, process and product. I feel a personal touch here and that they are about me! I will and do recommend this doctor and office to everyone. Superb service and quality! more

Very efficient and customer oriented. 5/23/2013

I was fitted with hearing aids by Ascent Audiology & Hearing and 7 months later they weren't working. I went back to see her and she took time out of her schedule to sit with me and explain the cleaning process. She showed me everything I need to do, step by step. I was very impressed. I also like that they call on the phone to remind me about appointments. more

It's a blessing to have better hearing. 5/20/2013

Leisa from Ascent Audiology & Hearing has been my audiologist. My experience with her has been fantastic. I've had to go back a few times for readjustments with the device itself. I'm still not able to hear in a group when people are talking but I guess that happens sometimes. She's been trying to adjust that. more
