What great service I got. I went to best buy but the geek was trying to push me in some off brand nav unit. I asked simple questions, and the GEEK, told me no reliable information.\r \r With Car Stereo shops few and far between today, I found a place called ASAP (auto sound and protection), in conshohocken. While I was there, they were outfitting some fire truck with a lights and sirens, doing performance package on a Dodge Challenger, putting a lift kit on a picking up truck and adding a roll bar, by far this place looks like it does it all. What a GREAT FIND!! \r \r This place is under new ownership. and they are grow and branching in a lot of directions. Of course I did my research. But we are all quick to write a negative reviews.. But my experience was Super Positive\r \r Not only to I get the radio/nav I wanted, I also got my windows tinted. I will be going back for wheels later this year. A++++ more

Do yourself all a favor... Check out all the legal proceedings (civil and criminal) , business profiles, attorney general complaints, and reviews on this shop before you go there. That should tell you all you need to know. 9 magic words... drive to best buy as fast as you can.\r \r oh...And I guarantee someone reply's to this posting saying I'm crazy or having a bad day, or tries whatever they can to dis spell these comments... hmm... convenient...\r \r \r STAY FAR AWAY!!!! more

Talk about service! I purchased a Living Social coupon to have remote starts installed as a surprise gift for my parents' anniversary. They explained up front due to the make of their cars, it would be a little more work with an unavoidable fee (which still ended up being about $300 less than the dealership and local competition). They got me right in and both cars were ready in time for the party that weekend. My husband and I are now treating ourselves to the same deal, A+++ for ASAP and their staff. more

I took the advice of a co-worker and stopped into ASAP for a quote on a remote start. What girl wants to run out in the freezing rain to warm her car up ruining fresh make up and flat ironed locks? As if! \r The lovely young lady at the counter was knowledgeable and professional, and the owner even fit me in to have the installation complete the next day (I dropped it off on my lunch break and it was done before 5pm). There were no hiccups with the install and they explained in detail how to use my new remote for the rainy week ahead. I have since referred several friends and family members who all had successful experiences. I plan on going back for a radio upgrade as well. more

I took my Corvette to ASAP for a head unit with nav and custom sound system. This was a tough job because the rear hatch is small and I would still need enough room to store the roof when removed. ASAP built a custom setup with the amps and subs perfectly placed and finished the look by carpeting to match the rear. The roof fits beautifully in the hatch and is not impeded at all. It looks awesome and sounds even better. I felt confident knowing that the owner (Mark) did all the work, not some kid. The guy knows his stuff and he took the time to walk me through every step. I was also pleased with the price.\r \r I went back to have a Borla exhaust and x pipe installed and the windows tinted. You may notice that many Corvette's exhaust tips are mounted crooked, but not mine! Perfect. Go to ASAP's website if you wish to see my Corvette. \r \r Finally, I also brought my BMW 550i in for a carbon fiber grill and an update to a white angel eye head light. The job was completed quick and the price was very reasonable. Mark even took the time to research all the headlight kits out there to make sure the one we selected would not trip my car's system and trigger an error message. Very throrough. I recommend ASAP to anyone who values having a true car guy working on your car.\r \r \r Just an add on my previous review... I recently brought my new corvette in for several cosmetic and sound upgrades. I had the usual head unit/speaker/amp set up with a sub in the hatch. The amp rack is wrapped in suede and leather to match the stock seats and the result looks factory made. The entire setup looks and sounds great. Additionally, I had Mark install some carbon fiber body components such as headlight buckets, B-pillar and rear diffuser which really sets the car apart from the typical corvette. Lastly, ASAP lowered the car and finished the look with Michelin Pilot Sport tires and new HRE rims at an unbeatable price. I found Mark and staff to be friendly, enthusiastic and very fairly priced. more

All I can say is wow!! I am reading this from people trying to get there stuff fixed right like me. more

I got great prices on the components I had purchased (Focal K2P and 165KRC speakers, as well as a Pioneer AVIC-Z110BT head unit) and the installation was impeccable. I have nothing but good things to say about ASAP; I have had many OEM sound systems replaced over the years and the owner is as skilled at his craft as any I have seen. more

I took my vehicle there and not only did it take them the longest , they did not complete the job. they missed many key points in the install and when told, they give you the run around untill you annoy them enough they complete their orignial job. My suggestion is don't go here you'll regret paying someone to be treated like that. Bad service, bad work. Cons: Bad service, does not do a complete job more
