As you Wish Pottery is an interesting place to spend some time. We spent the afternoon there on Mother’s Day- perhaps a mistake on timing. It was very busy, and there were screaming toddlers etc running around. Seems there was a special on footprint plates, which are cute, but messy. I have been here on other days, and it was much more mellow. As far as the location- it is clean, and they have many pieces to choose from. The paints are very pretty colors, and can be intimidating if you are clueless like me. I finally picked my colors, and painted my coffee cup with little sponges. I added little dolphin stamps, and my name. How cute is my cup now! I think this would be fun for a group of friends or family, and it is a memory you will never forget. Prices can be a little steep, so check out there coupon days online- they have a calendar with specials all month. See you there! more

This place is cute and a fun idea. You pick your piece of pottery and then sit down and paint it. You can get it sprayed and take it home that down or if you get the shiny coat spray then you can pick it up the next day. Children and adults both are seen in the store and it is a lot of fun for everyone. The prices are high for the pottery but still worth the money on occasion. It is a great way to be artistic and artsy with the kids without the mess to clean up! The staff is great and very helpful. more

As You Wish, is a unique way to spend your time and money. This store sells un-painted ceramic figurines. They have everything from cups to plates to animals of all sorts! You choose the paint and paint-styles you would like to decorate with. Figurines, paint, and time may add up to be quite a bit, but a great thing to do for a special gift.
