Worst

she was actually really good. Last time i visited the girl waxed to thin. I explained to her how i like it this time and she did it.

Friendly, welcoming staff and a fantastic pedicure 8/9/2011

This was my first visit so I wasn't sure what to expect. I've been to many different spas so I'm good judge of what makes one a great one. Arz definitely exceeded expectations. I'll definitely be back soon!! more

Very pretty salon but nothing special about the service. I've had a manicure and pedicure here and both felt rushed. Highly doubt I would go back. Although it was clean and pretty! more

My experience at ARZ has been great!!! Everyone is extremely friendly and they truely value their customers. They all go out of their way to make you feel comfortable during your visit. I have always had great service and like the way the stylists and nail techs really listen to what you would like you. It's a great place and I highly recommend them. more

ARZ Visit 7/23/2011

I had an appt. with Brianna for a brow and upper lip wax. She did a great job and was done quickly. I was given Isabel's name for a manicure & mini ped by Liz. Liz is sometimes booked when I need an appt. and she recommended Isabel. Isabel is wonderful. She did a great job and I was very pleased. What I like about ARZ is the fact that they will recommend other stylist, etc. if they can't take care of you. Everyone seems to get along well and it is a very nice Salon to come to. more

I had a brazillian done at Arz yesterday morning and it was a very plesent experiences. (as plesent as a brazillian gets.) The young lady who serviced me was very professional and did a great job!! I will be going back!! more

Isabelle was amazing!! She did my color touch-up, gel nails, and brows. Great professional, wonderful, service she provided. I was so relaxed when I left, and my hair looked great after she dried it!!! I felt like a princess. more

Driving from Canton was well worth the trip! This Salon has it all and with a personal touch. All of the staff make you feel welcome and valued. The atmosphere is calm, yet exciting with the latest of all services! This is my new pampering place! more

Several years ago, my sister referred me to Erin at Arz. I've been going to Arz and Erin ever since and have always been happy with the haircuts I get. This is the first time I've been with a stylist who actually listened to what I wanted and was able to give me the cut I wanted. more

Hair Care 7/8/2011

I had an enjoyable time getting a partial highlight and lowlight by Beth. The color turned out great and so did my cut and blow dry. It looked very festive with the red, white and blue decorations in the salon. It was a nice relaxing time. more
