she was actually really good. Last time i visited the girl waxed to thin. I explained to her how i like it this time and she did it.

Wonderful Experience! 8/29/2011

I had a wonderful experience at Arz salon! This was my first visit, but definately not my last. Isabel was really listened to what I had to say and gave me a great cut and beautiful color! She asked for feedback after a few days, so she could make sure I was still happy with it. She included a hand and arm massage during conditioning that was such a relaxing treat! Loved the whole experience! more

I have been a client for a little over a year and each visit I have felt very welcomed. Love the atmosphere and friendliness of the entire staff. BETH is the best! She always gives me a great haircut. She is very knowledgeable about her craft and offers advise on what would work for me. She is quite an asset to the ARZ staff. I am so happy I found her and the salon! more

another great visit to ARZ 8/16/2011

This time I mentioned in my consultation that I wanted to change my haristyle. I have a short hair style and wanted to grow it out. Beth listened to how I want it to look eventually then gave me my choices of game plan to go about getting to that end. Another great visit and I look forward to working with Beth to put our plan in motion to get my new look. I knew it would take a number of months, but wanted an expert to advise how to go about it. Beth gave me options and I went with the plan that best fit my comfort zone. Thanks Beth...you rock. more

I love this salon. The people are wonderful, and the service is great. However, I feel some of the stylists should not being doing eyebrows. A handful always have me walking away lopsided. It's disappointing. more
