True value and service! 2/10/2011

This is most definately the best eyewear store I have ever been to. They have a great selection, they have frames from any price range. The gentlemen Dave showed me frames that were inexpensive and then showed me frames that were more expensive (jewelry type quality). I ended up buying the more expensive frames because I liked the crafsmanship and quality in materials. I could tell the difference rite when I put them on. But it was nice to have the option of less expensive frames. I truely appreciate that. No pressure my choice. Thank you Dave.. True value and service! more

Excellent Customer Service 10/27/2010

With customer service at an all-time low nowadays, I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted here with the utmost courtesy and respect; I'd say I received first class customer service. The care and knowledge they provided me in selecting my frames was impressive. I purchased a gorgeous pair of SALT eyeglasses that I later decided I didn't quite like as much as another pair (chalk this up to female indecision). They allowed me to exchange them, unworn, for another pair because they wanted me to be happy with my choice. I don't remember the last time a business put customer needs at the forefront. Great Quality glasses and service 8/5/2010

This optical store is a great place to buy glasses from. I purchases my glasses there and I have better vision than I have had out of any glasses that I have worn. I have been wearing glasses for over 35 years. They have a great range of pricing. The frames I purchased are great. I get a lot of compliments on them and they are very good quality. The people are very freindly and not pushy. The doctor and the optical person are fantastic. I have been referring as many people as possable and I will be back when I am ready for new ones. VERY BAD 6/17/2009

Arvada optical sold me a very expensive pair of glasses which are useless. I am not able to use them and when I called for help I was told by the office assistant that old age was the cause for the blured vision I was experiencing. When I became upset with this and asked for a refund, I was offered an inexpensive pair of reading glasses instead of a refund. I was not told that the lens I ordered was non-refundable when I purchased. I was then told not to call or return to the store. The perscription isn't right, and the glasses are a huge waste of money. Cons: poor service, an insulting office personnel. more
